I want to say it breaks my heart not to give them 5 stars because I LOVE SUPER CHEFS. Been a fan since day one. But today made me SO ANGRY. I work in Dublin, and I know the location is about 25 mins out of my way so I tried to place a carry out order over the phone, but it went straight to a voice message that said “We’re here, we’re busy, keep calling to place your carry out order….” So I call 4 more times, same thing, I look on the website and see they’re open for dine in so I go “fine, I’ll just order and dine in when I get there”. Well to my surprise THEY AREN'T OPEN AT ALL! They’re closed for renovations…I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM DUBLIN FOR NOTHING! I’M STARVING AND PREGNANT! I could’ve scream! This review is in hopes that the owner will see it and begin to have transparency with their customers because this isn’t the first review like this. Your restaurant is highly loved and supported but don’t miss treated us customers because you fear we won’t come back if you’re temporarily closed, we’d understand! But if you keep this up, then we won’t.

Fun and tasty experience. I'd like them to carry something a little less carby for someone like me, they could call it the Pa Kent to keep with the theme. Just a simple omelet would do the trick. These were honestly wonderful people here. So glad we stopped in.

Took a friend who was in town visiting. He had heard about Super Chef all the way in Cincinnati so he wanted to go. The food did not disappoint but the initial service/check in was not so good. We had a party of 9. When I checked in at 1025, I was told 45 mins and shown where we would be seated; special arrangements due to the pandemic. It ended up being a little over 2 hours before we were sat. There was not good utilization of the table space/seating area by the shift management. They need to expand to a bigger location based on the amount of business they get. I see why they get so much business though; the food is spectacular!!! Every meal ordered was aesthetically beautiful to the eyes and tantalizing to the taste buds. 10's across the board. The mimosas were also on point; they include Ciroc.🙃😉 Out server was nice and attentive. She got out orders in quickly and food out to us even faster. I will def go back but it will have to be either when they first open or the last couple hours before closing. Can't do a two hour wait again.

The two stars are for the tasty food. This place is INSANELY expensive. My daughter and I went to try this place as it is close to home. This place is set up like subway. Order food at the counter. Sit down and eat it. There are only 3 short tables and 6 high tops which are not kid friendly. My daughter had eggs sausage fruit and potatoes and I had shrimp and grits. Unless you are rich and care less about cost in today’s economy- Go to Bob Evans. I will attach my receipt so you can see it with your own eyes. This place will not be in business long with these prices. I can get shrimp and grits cheaper at a fine dining restaurant. Never again

Don't like their new spot, much smaller and they have changed the format. You now have to order at the counter when you walk in. I was with my family and another family and they told us we couldn't pay separate and that they would split the bill after we all ordered to make it easier on the waiters/kitchen which made no sense at all and the waiter was still confused when they brought the food out! The girl taking the orders was super helpful and nice but the overall customer service was lacking. I will say the food was good but I probably won't be going back.

This was my 1st time dining in. The food was great as usual, the atmosphere was very nice and there service was great too. This place has a family, cozy appeal and atmosphere...love it!

First time visiting the new location! ⭐️ I figured there would be a wait time around 9:30 am on a Saturday but we were able to order and find a seat right away. They have a limited menu at the moment but the options are still awesome. Also, they have a water station by the ordering area and there's a fruit infused water dispenser that tastes so fresh and clean.💧🍊🍋🍓 I ordered the cinnamon toast crunch waffles and my husband ordered the Juggernaut. 🧇 Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and the bacon and potatoes were good highlights to complement the sweetness. 🥓 Other than the food, the decor is fun and the restaurant itself is clean and well-kept.

Food was delicious, I had the blueberry waffles and maple heat wings. Wings were small in size but cooked perfectly and the sauce was tasty. I went around 1 on a Sunday and they were busy but the wait was minimal and I was able to find a table outside. You order at a counter rather than being served at your table. For the amount and quality of food, the price was reasonable, but some people might find it high priced. My waffle, wings, and OJ came to $25. Inside was a little small, not much space for people to move about. Staff service was wonderful.

This place is super! Super delicious, super filling, and super friendly staff. Their pancakes are thick and yummy. Their waffles were very churro like and tasty. They even have breakfast pizza!

Still tasty and flavorful food, but the customer experience has taken a hit. I get that this is a challenging economy, but staff should still be encouraged to be friendly and courteous when greeting and interacting with customers, especially since customers have to pay (and tip if so inclined) before even getting their food. Also, please post prices asap. It can be cumbersome having to ask the price of various items before ordering. To summarize, BOOST genuine hospitality, post prices, consider asking for the tip after the experience, and keep making flavorful and creative foods, and I bet business will continue to boom! 😊✊🏿

I checked this out with my wife at our friend's suggestion. It did not disappoint. She got the Juggernaut (she wouldn't let me make the Juggernaut joke at the counter) and she loved it. We both got the hash and the star was the seasoned butter they put on top of the perfectly cooked potatoes. I got the wings and waffle and loved it as well. Nicely cooked waffle with plenty of syrup and whipped topping. The wings were maple heat flavor and crispy (just how I like my wings). Great superhero decor and great usage of space with friendly and attentive staff. Reserving my other star for when I can try the full menu next time!

My friend and I visited Saturday after Thanksgiving. It's a small quaint establishment. They play music from my era (lol) and we loved every minute of it! Service is great as well. We ordered the waffle platter (I believe that's what it's called). You get a waffle with each flavor, like a sampler plate. I thought that was perfect and just enough food. But guess what...it's actually a half of a waffle of each flavor so I had 2 whole waffles plus my side of wings and these bangin' potatoes with this delicious seasoned butter omggggg! We looked so greedy🤣 because we both ordered the platter. You can very easily split it. I ate one of each and the rest the next morning at our hotel. Even better that morning. Sorry for the long review but wanted you to understand how much food you get with the sampler plate. Definitely yummy! We'd go again!

The staff is super friendly and informative. We were met with smiles and a detailed explanation of the order process and wait times, etc. We were seated quicker than expected despite the crowd and we got our food in a timely basis. It's a bit pricey, but it was a unique dining experience for us.

Haven’t been here for a few years. It looks like now they only have breakfast items and close around 2-3pm. I do appreciate that you’re trying to help the environment by using paper straws, but when the drinks come in single-use plastic cups, complete with lids, it kind of defeats the purpose. The service and people were very friendly, and the breakfast was really good. And of course, for comic book geeks like me, you can’t beat the environment.

Great: their candied bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich had a lot of bacon....so much that I shared it with my boyfriend. I really like the hash browns that come with it too. My boyfriend ordered the waffles and really liked them with the bacon. Good: the portions were pretty large and definitely shareable. Bad: Nothing bad, but I am curious the sweet sauce they put in a container with the sandwich and hash browns. I never use it.

From the atmosphere to the service, super chef does a great job of providing quality food and a positive memorable experience. Bryan and Tyler were both attentive and accommodating! The kitchen deserves praise as well for timely order and delicious food.

The food is amazing and the staff is extremely nice. Only knock I have is that they never asked to refill our coffee. Still love this place, and the next time I'm back in town, I'll be back.

Late post* What a great BO restaurant. That was the best breakfast pizza I've ever had. We'll definitely have to make our way back to this place. Great food, great service and a small, intimate atmosphere. That pizza was so good, I'm not sure if I'm going to try something different next time. Keep it up!

Awesome restaurant! Our super hero loving toddler had the best time. It was quick to order and the food was quick to arrive. Staff was super friendly and gave him a sticker for the awesome super hero wall. It was a great experience, even with a toddler! And the food is delicious, too.

The food here is top notch. Hands down one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Definitely a cute experience for kids and adults likewise. Everyone at my table was shocked at how good the potatoes alone were. One guest said “the vibes are immaculate”. Love the ambience, the food, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend to all - superhero fan or not! They have something for everyone.

Wow! This place is definitely unique and soooo tasty! We were visiting from out of town and trying to eat at places we can’t eat at back home! I highly highly recommend eating here! The candied bacon is so yummy! Staff was friendly!

I never write reviews but WOW! My family was in town this past weekend and we randomly came across this place. When the 10 of us arrived we didn’t think a place this small would be able to accommodate us. But the guy in the front was very helpful, sweet, and hilarious. My grand babies loved him. The young lady that took our order was very patient and sweet as well. We were told we would get a lot of food but HOLY COW! I have never tasted such creative and amazing food. I could tell it was homemade and It lasted us the entire day. My grand babies asked to go back today. I hope you guys come to Missouri soon! We will definitely be back!

Very tasty food, had the vegetarian breakfast sandwich and it was basically an omelette on a croissant. Came with a potato side with a delicious garlic sauce. I like the standby dine-in method. A bit pricey apparently that's to help pay the staff living wages so it makes sense. Still, I ain't shelling out $5 for an OJ. Superhero pop art decor is fun but not for everybody. Will definitely return!

Don’t even finish reading the post. Just go! When I tell you EVERYTHING I ordered here was flavorful & delicious. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy & sauces. Wakanda sauce A+ ; strawberry waffle A+ ; cinnamon toast waffle A+. And the pizza. Excuse me. Yes.

It's was SUPER! The food was delicious. The place was a little small in my opinion, that's why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that I was nice. We enjoyed the music as well.

This restaurant used to be great. My first experience here (years ago) was amazing. However, the business has went down, and I believe the pandemic contributed greatly to this. The food is decent, but I wish it had the spark it had years ago. I hope it will improve in the future.

Amazing everything! Had the pancake breakfast with cheesy scrambled eggs, their handmade sausage patties with chorizo, fried seasoned potato chunks with an onion compound butter and 2 simple vanilla pancakes. I was full for most of the day!

I’ve eaten at Super Chef before and was blown away. Returning there however was not quite what I expected. The staff was nice but incredibly busy. No problems there. My dad and I ordered the Super Scriddle. A dish I had had before. Upon it’s arrival it looked good. Eating it was… decent. The pancake was heavy and the outside crunchy. The filling was practically nonexistent. What filling was there didn’t live up to the expectations of prior experience. It had little to no flavor. The best part of the dish was the candied bacon layered between. I do believe this can be a good restaurant to enjoy a morning or midday meal, but perhaps avoid the weekends.

Lordy lordy 🥰 this was my first time and my husband and mother told me that Akron location is where they first tried this Amazing menu and chefs..This location in Columbus was my first time and me and my husband both were blown away with how good the Jaggurnut and the buffalo wings were..Now man vs food was what we tried to do but food won!!! The portions were massive and the the taste exceptional.How did they do it?? The world may never know....But the one thing we will know is where to come to taste these priceless works of Art.A true Genuis in his craft.Many blessings 🙏
