I called to order birria tacos, I get there and they don’t have my order so the guy takes my order and in 5 minutes he gives me a bag. When I got home and checked it was not birria tacos, it was beef & cilantro spread on a think flat tortilla I paid $15 for 2 pieces of tortilla & cilantro with dry beef!! I don’t know if they thought I didn’t the difference but this is ridiculous, you don’t give someone something they never ordered out of ignorance. It was my first time and definitely my last Make sure you check your order before you leave!!

Very good and fast service. The menu is pretty big. Everything we had was good. There's not to much to say. The service was great our waiter was awesome and quick. Our drinks were never empty.

Do not order take out for pick up!!!! Even a simple order one item at 11 25 AM NOT ready at arrival and waiting more than 5 minutes for pick up!!!!! Doing DoorDash and had to wait for 20 mins in line for the persons order!!! Saturday night or not, take out orders should have a certain urgency to them.

I got some enchiladas with rice and beans and a mango smoothie. They were both delicious! The smoothy came in a large margarita glass. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Umm... this is less than a third of the queso I got last time. Bummer. Also, the chips tasted burnt and dirty... makes me wonder when they last changed their fry oil.

Based on the reviews here and DoorDash I’m convinced I’ve ordered on a bad day. The food was terrible! No flavor, the rice hard, refried beans were the lightest color I’ve ever seen and had a weird taste! The drink taste like either the machine hasn’t been cleaned in awhile or it’s not mixed properly! Huge pieces of meat. Should have been shredded better. Kids meals were super oily and didn’t receive all of our drinks. Probably sounds crazy, but I’m willing to go in person and give them another shot just because of the reviews. Whoever the cook was today needs lessons or a break!

The food was great! The lime margarita was excellent. The bathroom was clean. They were total hams and sang to me on my birthday. Thank you!

**Isn't it weird that there are all these rave reviews - 4 and 5 stars - for dine-in customers, but the handful of 1- & 2-star reviews are all for take-out or delivery? Isn't it weird how big the difference is between the descriptions (and photos!) of their food for the dine-in customers vs these take-out disasters? It is like two completely different restaurants. There's no way the same kitchen made the food I received and the food in all these 5-star photos.** I ordered a chile relleno and some enchiladas etc from this place on uber eats. The prices were good. When the meal arrived, they had not included all the items - I was short 1 enchilada *and* the rice and beans that were supposed to come with the chile. But also, the ingredients were very low quality, and the items were basically not seasoned. Cheap cheese. Sauce that seemed like it came out of a jar - and not a fancy jar. I paid $30 and it tasted worse than a frozen microwave meal. Inaccurate orders can happen - no big deal. But I would have been way less unhappy if the food I did receive had tasted better.

Great food, service and easy way to order online!

The service was okay. The food was quick however, I didn't get the right order. I'm someone who wouldn't return the food when it's wrong because of my anxiety. I asked for grilled chicken but received shredded chicken and beans on my nachos. Which was a bit disappointing but I also tasted the salsas and it wasn't very adequate. I worked at restaurants before so I thought the prices were also more than what the food was worth.

Great customer service. My group enjoyed ourselves. We had a blast celebrating. They gave us no issues when splitting the bill. The waiter was very attentive. My enchiladas were okay but I've had better elsewhere. Would probably go back and try something else based on customer service.

One of my go-to Mexican restaurants. Fast & friendly service. I’ve gotten a variety of things and it’s always good. I got a massive burrito this time that was way too big but it was good! The grande pollo chorizo

Mi Tradicion is an outstanding Mexican restaurant in Gahanna. The food is consistent at each visit. The service staff is always friendly, and you are served quickly. The restaurant also has an excellent full service bar.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We came in for my daughter's birthday and when I mentioned it was her birthday they kindly told her happy birthday which she was happy about. The nachos were so huge. Probably could feed three. The shrimp poblano queso is so great. Get the Mexican brownie!! Even if it's not your birthday lol. It's served warm and is just delicious. Overall the portions here are amazing and the customer service is great. I'll absolutely return!

The staff were wonderful. They accommodated us, and we had a fairly large party. The food was fresh and delicious. We were celebrating my late father in laws birthday and they brought us out an ice cream to share. A wonderful memory for us. Thank you

I got the fajita nachos and they were amazing, but so much food. Great price for the amount, and really nice people. I really love the hand painted booths and tables. Overall, I very nice restaurant.

By far a decent restaurant! Had burrito and the portions are good size you get your money's worth! The chicken was dry why I did not give 5 stars! But I'd you like hot things try the the hot salsa yummy! It's a nice place and good food!

I thought I had pictures of my margarita and food but unfortunately I don't. But this Mexican restaurant is by FAR my FAVORITE in columbus. I'm in my mid 20's now and have been coming here since I was about 5 or younger and let me tell you this place has never ONCE let me down. Not on drinks, food, customer service, ect. I have tried multiple other Mexican restaurants and no others could EVER beat it. I never go anywhere else now from being let down so many times in comparison to mi mexico! Definitely a MUST TRY if you haven't ever had it! As well as it is very fairly priced! About $30 for 2 people without alcohol and about $40 with a drink or 2 and a GREAT meal each!

This was our first time eating here, looking for good Margs on the east side. The service was slow both from the server and the kitchen on a Thursday night. Found a sizable chunk of foil in my food and the server was unphased by the discovery and no effort was made to apologize for the unexpected ingredient. Overall the food was okay and the margs were good, but not enough to excuse the service and foil. Would try them again, but with lower expectations than I would prefer.

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere/service, and even better food! THEE place to go for Mexican cuisine! Excellent value for what you pay, I had the Grande Chorizo burrito and it was enough to feed 3 people easily
