Bad coffee. I have been to this location 2 times and both times the coffee has been terrible. Nice service use to like Dunkin’ but it has gone downhill

This is a donut shop. I pull into drive thru at 7:45. - order 2 donuts — I see plenty on racks - but told they can’t sell me any cause they close at 8 … so a donut shop can’t sell donuts during the hours they are open…hardly a way to earn business

This is one of the most consistently great Dunkin' locations in the area! I never have an issue with them being out of something I ordered. They are always very friendly and very quick. I will go out of my way to go to this location over others because of their reliability.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The other location in Gahanna is great. This location sucks! Old food & horrible staff. They need new management and new staff members. They don’t care about the customers over here so I’d recommend everyone to go to the other location.

My only complaint is that there is always a wait. It may not be the store's fault, we just need more Dunkin in Columbus! Their oatmilk is good and my favorite flavor swirl is the caramel. 🙌

Look ya'll I really enjoy having you close by. But you have to get it together! I work a 12 hour day and when I need a coffee I need it to be correct. I order the same thing always. The last few times not correct but whatever I rolled with it and suffered through. ( You have to understand I am not a coffee drinker and don't care for it. I like tea) I finally found a mixture that works for me. Meds Ice coffee, 5 shot caramel, 3 creamers and cold foam. Leeeeeeeeeet me tell you today! I had to toss it. They had soooooooo much sugar in it, I had to chew before I swallowed! I shook it l, I swirled it. I got the same results soooo much sugar. I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR SUGAR! I tried I really really tried. But after 3 sips I had to toss it. Of course they don't ask you if you want a receipt. So no taking it back. I should have asked but seriously. I grab my stuff and head to work. I don't have time to go back. Plus having a remake makes me nervous. I understand having new hires. However you have to understand $4 is kinda a big thing in this day. Prices through the roof. Sadly I really think I am just going to have to go to the UDF and make my own for $1.29. You need a Gordon Ramsay in there to be checking stuff before it goes out. It broke my heart today! I needed a coffee going to be an extra long day 😭😭😭😭

My fiancé and I came here and I ordered an ice coffee with 3 cream 3 sugar and vanilla, a pack of donut holes and a breakfast wrap. While ordering I was interrupted multiple times but I didn’t get mad or anything about it. We then pull up to the window and the gentleman working snatched my fiancés debit card, practically throws it back to him too. He hands us our items and I took a drink of my coffee and said excuse me sir there’s no sugar in my coffee could you please fix it and he argued with me about it and wouldn’t fix it. I was not expecting another free coffee I simply wanted my coffee fixed. My fiancé asked for honey dipped munchkins and they gave him everything but honey dip and they didn’t put an egg on my breakfast wrap. He went in the store because by now we were both irritated. Messing up an item is whatever, i understand. But when we politely ask you two times to fix everything you messed up and you argue with us and walk away from us I think it’s a tad ridiculous. We ended up leaving with nothing fixed. I understand mistakes happen, I have worked at a fast food place before when I was younger but messing the whole order up and when being asked politely to fix it I just feel you shouldn’t argue with the customer even after they show a receipt of what they ordered?

Absolutely bad customer service. I should listen to the reviews. The old man overcharge me because i use two half dozen box. I keep telling him I ordered two dozen donuts. All I need just a small box to go than I can share with my family. He knows what I mean, He don’t care about it still charge me extra $3 dollars. That $3 is really nothing but the point is he play you like a stupid. Make me feel so mad. I’ve definitely not come back anymore. Horrible experience.

We discovered and love DD frozen coffee. We could walk to the DD location at 5736 N Hamilton, but they just can't get it right and we've tried repeatedly. We drive to your location instead because the consistency is perfect from the first sip to the last. You even indulge me with my favorite, mocha frozen with a shot of coconut.

We went to this location, and both our breakfast sandwiches and hash browns smelled and tasted like oven cleaner. The chemical taste was prominent and concerning. I looked on Reddit to see if I was crazy, but people note this happens in Dunkin’s across the country. Quite unpleasant.

Only place that makes my coffee right. Can always tell when a family member brings coffee from this one compared to others cause the taste is always so much better

I love this store! They always get my order right and treat me so well! I would recommend this place for your coffee any day.

Neighborhood awesome surroundings awesome as far as the business itself I wouldn't know because it was closed wife and I went up to the door looked at the store hours and it was at least an hour hour and a half before they was supposed to close but they was clearly closed we even went through the drive-thru to see if maybe the dining room was closed because of short staffing or something but negative Ghost Rider so yeah.

It's hard to get coffee your way there. Hard working staff, friendly but untrained.

I have been to NA Dunkin 2 times now and I am not super impressed. I get breakfast sandwich on croissant, donut, milk. Croissant has been burnt both times and not soft (compared to Tim Horton's right down the street), donut was ok, but cut to heart shape so it looks/feel like you are getting less donut for the price. Potential good thing- milk is double the size of Tim Hortons', if you need that much milk. Price- I get the same/similar meal at Tim's and the cost at Dunkin is about 0.50 more for all items total. Both times I went to Dunkins was because of line at Tim's- now I know why there was no line at Dunkins.

This Dunkin' usually has consistently good food and quick, friendly service. Unfortunately, the inside dining room tables are often not wiped down and are sticky. The restrooms are average for cleanness, not the cleanest and not the worst.

Very Quick service and food that was to be hot was hot and food that was to be cold was cold.. just perfect! People very friendly. I Will return.

Trash never go on a Saturday this must be the day they train. Staff has a limited scope of customer service and efficiency. Mobile order at 8:30 did not get order until 9:15 because they were so backed up. Little girls at the window confused and overwhelmed but still attempted to tell me that I could come in to pick up order told her i did and it still wasn’t ready and just sits there with blank stare. Its always something at the location its the slowest location ever management needs to get them together or maybe because its newer but I can’t fine with going further up the street to the location that can handle more than 4 orders. Annoyed that I had to discover why they call this location the “DumDunkin”!

Always a nice experience. Coffee is great. Donuts are average. I enjoy discussions with retired guys who frequent this DD.

Service was mediocre a best… if you are in a hurry don’t bother… stood in line 15 minutes to order never a welcome or we will be right with you. Customer behind me walked out.

Always a line but a fast moving one! Highly recommend this location. Staff are so friendly and always have the order right. They seriously make one of the BEST iced coffees! I wish they were closer to my house. Prices are good, they do have a DD program to get points towards free items. Easy access from Hamilton rd, easy to see and plenty of parking.

This Dunkin’ location is absolutely terrible. We placed an online order for pick-up & not one donut in the dozen & half was a donut we ordered. The manager then wanted us to bring back the dozen & half donuts with the receipt to get the correct order! What exactly are you going to do with the ones you already gave us? Put them back on your racks? Terrible service & we won’t be back!

Mobile order wasn't started till I got there after driving 10 mins after I placed the order. Delays like this make you wonder why mobile ordering even exists.

They filled my cup 25% of the way and thought that was a "large". Feeling scammed never coming back.

Seriously how hard is it to put everything in a bag when you order it. This place is so bad for it . You would think I would have learned my lesson. Definitely not going back. Nothing like getting home to find out every thing order wasn't in your bag. So DONE WITG THIS PLACE . CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY DONT LIKE PUTTING EVERYTHING YOU ORDER IN YOUR BAG!!!!

Not bad, have had better. Love the mocha cappuccino blast with whip cream and cinnamon. That's all I ever get there.

I've been going here for a year now and 9.5 times out if 10 will have a quick and accurate experience. The team there remembers me and my order and are always pretty friendly.

Been wanting to try the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Not what I was expecting. Honestly Starbucks is better. Also was 6.50 for a small coffee and a donut. Staff was friendly. In my opinion, not worth the price I paid.
