My wife and I have lived at The Parc for over 2 years now and we could not imagine leaving. Our 2 bdrm 2 bath is huge with more closet space then we know what to do with ! Pet friendly with excellent pet owners who always clean up after their dogs. The courtyards and grounds are well maintained with lots of greenery and flowers. The staff is lights out friendly , anytime we see them they are always quick with a smile and warm greeting. The clubhouse area has free coffee and tea with a popcorn machine ! The gym has everything you could ask for in equipment including free weights. The gym is also well maintained and somehow is always spotless. There is a heated salt water pool that we have enjoyed a lot during the summers. The pool area is kept up and I have never seen the pool not in tip top shape.Multiple grill locations throughout the complex that run directly to gas lines so no need to worry about empty propane tanks. All buildings have elevators which is a great feature. Located in the Gahanna school district so there are plenty of families and kids in the community. After office hours the gates are closed and require entry via gate openers , makes you feel safe at night. In summary this is a fantastic place to live !

Back in June, I had so many issues with my old apartment plus I took on a promotion at work with a bigger team. I wanted to move out as fast as possible and I had almost no time as I was super busy at work. Suffice to say, I always drove by The Parc and thought this could be home. I called, and Rachel made the process extremely fast. She also helped me with uploading my documents. I had 5 other complexes who were not willing to go over anything, I needed to book a meeting or return call, or stop in. Rachel also made sure my fob to the pool and gym worked. Recently we had a residence only event in our beautiful clubhouse. She was an excellent host. I got meet some new neighbors and play acoustic guitar. This is the kind of person I can appreciate. I love that this a gated community. It's gorgeous inside and out. It's close to all my favorite shopping. I am customer service supervisor, so I know what it takes to make a great experience. Thank you for making my move easy to a beautiful home!

We have loved living at the Parc! Rachel is amazing and everyone has been so attentive. Anytime we have an issue, it is resolved so quickly. We’ve actually received some learning opportunities during the fixed when talking with staff. The amenities are also fantastic - it almost feels like staying at beach condos on vacation.

I love, love, love where I live, it is very peaceful. The location is great. Close to everything. Rachel is the best! She is always on top of everything. Her energy is amazing. One of the reasons I choose to live here.

My partner and I just signed year two here and we love it! The area is great, and full of walking trails. The property manager, Rachael, is amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever gone more than a few hours without a reply to an email from her, unless I email outside of business hours. Along with that I’ve never had a maintenance issue last more than a day or two. Definitely will be staying here for a while!

Where do I start!!! Everything about this place is great. Rachel, property manager, is always professional, attentive, and willing to help with resident concerns. Prior to moving here, my house had fire damage, and it was important to me to find a place that felt like home. From the beginning, Rachel and her team did everything possible to help. Their empathy and willingness to accommodate me during such a difficult situation was beyond remarkable. The property feels safe and is kept clean. I love that the property is gated as it provides an extra layer of security for its residents. It is pet friendly. The amenities are top notch. The lobby feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel with free coffee (who doesn't appreciate that). The resort style heated pool is spectacular with plenty of chairs for a relaxing day. If you are looking for a garage, they have some of the most spacious garages that are remotely controlled. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with my stay there and would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

I've lived at the Parc for the past twp years now. Rachel has been fantastic to work with and she always is friendly and is very responsive with any issues that I have had. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who enjoys having nicer amenities and a nice, quiet gated community.
