Absolutely love this restaurant! Staff are friendly and warmly greeted us as we entered. Being first time customers, they explained the pizza sizing and how to order. With a little modification, I ordered The Phoenix and my husband ordered the Mad Dog. You can pick a pizza like we did and add to it or take items off. No price difference if you decide to put it all on there. The wait was relatively short for the industrial pizza oven to kick out our creations. I decided to add spinach when it came out the oven and that was no problem. In fact, the staff ask you do you want to add anything once it comes out! The drink selection of is standard for any fast food restaurant with the exception of this wonderful Blackberry lemonade. So, so good. With the two pizzas and a drink (I had water while my husband wanted the lemonade) coming up to less than $20! That's hard to beat!

Went for the 1st time, pizza was really good, the salads were hug but I like that you can customize how you want your pizza and salad.

Always delicious! I usually eat 1/2 of my pizza for dinner, and the other 1/2 for my lunch tomorrow! It heats well in the microwave and it's still delicious!

So, hang tight cause it's long but not long. First time having Mod. The day I went in, the gentleman in the yellow bandanna (didn't get his name) were patient as all heck with me as I went down the line and choose all the toppings for my pizza. The other lady in blue with the black and white bandanna was patient to go over the process with me about sizes and what works with kids and adults alike. But then there was the third worker in the burgundy shirt and hair in an up bun; she seemed to be annoyed as the transaction went on and when it came time to ask for plates and sauces, just was not for the shyts. Slamming the plates, looking evil/mean, and very dismissive. That just kinda put a damper in the whole experience but the food and the other two employees were spot on. I may come back to this location, might not, but yes, if she (that burgundy shirt employe) is running the show, probably not. Bonus, yellow bandanna gave my niece a no name cake for her birthday. She appreciated that.

The staff at this location is always friendly towards me and my son Anthony whenever we go and of course the food is always delicious!! And this last time, me & husband Kyle went to this MODs location to grab a quick bite to eat before my tattoo appointment since it was close to the highway. The first thing I did when we entered is I asked the staff a funny question as we were walking up to them to make our pizza, ya know just to be goofy, and I made a customer laugh out loud! So the environment there is always great! Definitely recommend MODs! I feel like MODs is for everyone especially picky eaters! So give this place a try! FYI, my son Anthony doesn't eat cheese on his pizza, and this place is perfect for him to build it the way he likes. MODs is one of our favorite pizza places to go to! We have been to at least 4 different MODs locations in Columbus, we love pizza!

Mod Pizza, cauliflower crust edition. I opted for white sauce, chicken, bacon and mushrooms with a pesto drizzle. The crust is thin and crunchy. The toppings were middle of the road flavor wise but the pesto was yummy. White sauce was not very special or memorable. Cauliflower crust held up well under the toppings which you don't always get. I like the atmosphere and would go again but not the best place for a white sauce pizza. Lastly the bathroom was too dark.

We ordered pizzas from this location and we absolutely will be ordering again. I could not believe that for the price of the pizza I ordered, I could get all the toppings I wanted without costing an arm and a leg. And it was a decent quality. They did not skimp on the toppings either~

I wish I had pics to share. We'd never been before. You order at a counter, pay, find a table and shortly after they call your name to pick up your pizza. The pizza is a nice 11 inch, very filling for one person. My wife had the Dominic and loved it, I had the allmeat, and it was also delicious. We can't wait to go back.

I love going to the mod pizza in Gahanna Ohio. They always get my food just right. It is always a wonderful experience 😊 ❤️

I feel like the latitude for failure is huge in this business model; however, I feel the overall product sings a good note. I mean, some of the ingredients aren't top tier but the finished product is something I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I don't have a MOD Pizza close to home but I would definitely go out of my way if I saw one close by along my travels.
