drive-thru
today
with
2
coupons,
one
was
3
sliders
for
$5,
the
other
4
mozzarella
sticks
for
$2.29.
First
coupon
went
in
after
waiting
a
couple
minutes
for
him
to
enter
it,
second
one?..not
so
much.
Guy
tells
me
it's
not
in
his
computer
for
$2.29
but
actually
$2.49.
I
look
again
at
the
coupon
I
got
from
their
standard
flyer
that
goes
out
into
every
mailbox
in
Columbus
proper...nope,
4/30
expiration
and
$2.29.
I'm
pretty
good
with
numbers
and
English...ABET
accredited
mechanical
engineer
and
born
a
half
mile
from
Pitt
stadium.
But
he's
so
sure
of
himself
and
whines
that
he'd
have
to
get
the
manager
to
override
it.
I
said
'go
for
it,
I
got
time'.
He
does
nothing.
I
told
him
5
times
that
I'm
happy
to
show
the
coupon
to
him
and
his
manager,
and
that
Arby's
is
not
like
KFC
where
the
coupons
are
not
necessarily
accepted
at
all
stores...regardless,
why
would
the
first
coupon
work
but
not
the
second
one,
both
being
from
the
same
flyer?
He
just
breathes
and
does
nothing.
Maybe
the
huge
delay
in
entering
the
first
coupon
was
the
hint...new
guy?
