    I really am bewildered with what is going on at this Bob Evans... I am trying to figure out how a location of a chain restaurant can be that far off course. We walked in and there were 3 people at the hostess stand and none of them could give a wait time - one said 10 minutes, another said 30 minutes, and the other said 45 minutes. The 10 minutes was the most accurate but they told plenty of folks 45 minutes who just left. The waitress was nice and was trying hard but it appeared they were just really disorganized. The food took a really long time to come out. The runner walked by us with our food 3 times before wifie stopped her and told her she thought that was our food. Wifie had an omelet which was like warm but ok. I had their everything breakfast which parts of it were cold an parts of it were hot. They forgot to put the sauce on it and it took like 10 minutes to get a cup of sauce. Just not good - but to top it all off When we were all finished the manager came over and asked about the meal. I told her it was ok but we needed to get going and could we get the bill - she came back with the bill and apologized and told us she took some money off... It was someone else's bill. How screwed up can a place get

    This is a rough one... Server, excellent. Food came out swiftly. Since there is still a health crisis and this is also a place that cooks and prepares food, I would expect it to follow guidelines. Although, realized this all after I already ordered from an amazing server. Only 2 others in the entire place besides myself were masked. Virtually most of the entire staff and patrons except 2 that I could see appeared to be not considering Covid guidelines. So disappointed. Stay healthy, please.

    This specific location I say needs an evaluation of the kitchen staff. I came in at 10:00am only to leave at 1:30pm waiting on my food!! That is down right outrageous. My food got to me around 1:15PM.. I only ordered French toast, eggs and sausage/bacon. How in the world does it take that long? Not to mention the bacon was flimsy barely cooked and the sausage was PINK and undercooked. The French toast smelled like wet dog, and the only thing remotely edible was the scrambled eggs! The person I was with had pancakes that still looked like batter. I mean I have never in my life had food at a restaurant this bad. The waiters and waitresses are amazing, continuously checked on tables and offered toast/biscuits etc for everyone due to the long wait. It was a shame to see them lined up at the window waiting to get the food for the tables only to get backlash and criticism from the kitchen when it’s completely their fault in the first place. My waitress specifically (will not name her) was criticized by kitchen staff for checking on the food-wait and she came back looking humiliated as she checked on my table and a few others. Unacceptable! When you have your team backing you up the best they can and trying to maintain customers, you should be THANKFUL that they’re saving you some time and not give backlash?? I get it if a person is overwhelmed but almost 3 HOURS for a simple meal is crazy. It was frustrating to also see whole families that came in later but was yet getting their food faster than those who had been here for over an hour. The kitchen really needs some help, that messes up the whole restaurant. Outside the kitchen everyone moved with great pace, very timely, helpful and polite. It was a clean environment. I’m not sure if the manager knew what to do but he seemed a bit overwhelmed and exhausted going back and forth helping as much as he could in the lobby ( which is understandable due to the place being a full house. ) but he seemed to have no backbone or control over this issue. I’m not sure if the kitchen is understaffed or just has lazy workers but please improve on this matter so others won’t have this experience too.. As for me I will probably never come back to this specific location. This is exactly why I don’t eat out in public as much anymore..

    Great breakfast option with seasonal menu changes, therefore good variety. Service is usually great, friendly and accommodating to menu adjustments or other needs and turnaround time is almost always excellent if you have limited time for your meal. Detailed nutrition info is available. Pro tips: (1) You can substitute banana bread with breakfast meals that include a bread option, and (2) the standard fruit plate is grapes and cantaloupe, but you can add the current seasonal fruits on request. Example, the menu is currently riddled with strawberry/banana options (pancakes, entree salad, etc.) You can get strawberries and bananas as a fruit plate or add them to the grapes and cantaloupe.

    Great food. Close to home cooking. I love their biscuits, which are the best. And their turkey dinner. Service is always good. Nice atmosphere, too.

    We placed an order online and it was scheduled to be ready about 1/2 hour later. When I arrived i was told they don't have my order. The girl was very snappy and looked at several bags that were on the counter and stated ag they don't have my order. She then proceeded to check out another customer. Never said ...let me check on it or had someone else help. She walked away without a word said. Then she told someone else and they started looking at the bags and finally the night manager started looking. Well, they had given our order to door dash driver. After that was decided they said they would cook our order. I had to sit and wait. Then they checked the order....took it home...no drinks! While I was waiting I wanted to talk with the manager about this mix up...they need to figure out a better way to separate delivery orders from pick up. Careless employee didn't do their job properly. I heard the conversation from the family that received our order....the employee blamed door dash driver. It wasn't his fault...he got the wrong order from the employee who gave it to him...they need a better system to ensure the orders are placed in the right place and properly marked. Two families were delayed their dinner and had to wait for a new one. Very disappointed with the rude carry out employee. The meals was decent but very frustrating because of the hassle. Hope they fix this issue and double chyto make sure all good and drink items are in the bag!

    Bob Evans is pretty predictable; it's always mediocre at best. It's a great place to go if you aren't in a hurry and don't mind your cold food. I used the restroom here and was disgusted by how dirty they were on a Saturday morning around 8:30 am. Unbelievable that no one cleaned them before a busy Saturday. The restroom cleanliness is usually a good reflection on the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, so I would assume their kitchen is disgusting also.

    Good atmosphere friendly staff HEAVEN was our server very friendly and attentive great customer service 👍🏾. Food was very good comfort food 😋. Nice easy relaxed atmosphere no rushing you great place to catch up with friends or have a meeting

    The service was trash. My waitress was nice but not attentive at all. The food was gross and I believe that was the last time I'll eat at this establishment ever again. Bob Evans nationwide sucks now. Everytime I've gone in the last 5 years no matter where I'm at the service and food almost always trash.

    Took my mom out to eat. Was second in line behind 4 young women. Waited 25 min before anyone even said hi or tell us how long we had to wait. 30 min Waited for a table. I ordered biscuits and gravy. My mom orders a slice of pie. We both have coffee. The creamer did not taste right. My mom let the waiter know, the waiter wanted to argue with my mom before asking if she wanted just regular milk. We Waited another hour for biscuits and gravy and a slice of pie. My mom went to the manager to ask y it's was taking so long since this food just needs to be prepared by the waiter. he apologized the waiter brought out the food. She had forgotten about us. Food was OK. We Waited another 30 min to get the bill before getting up and going to the register and asking to pay. The waiter only came by twice after we ordered and that was only after we got up and asked for her. - I will never go back to this place.

    I just ordered take out and it was disgusting…. The 6 pack of dinner rolls I purchased feel like they were baked DAYS AGO. My pot roast sandwich was cold and soggy. My pickup time was 12:50, nearly an hour after orderingonline. But it seems like my sandwich was made and ready wayy before my arrival time. I really would just love to have my money back because I didn’t even eat my food.

    The food was great we where leaving out of our hotel and to Bob Evans and it was great the staff were nice and the atmosphere was nice and look nice and good and nicely paintings nice service and review I hope I come here again I love Columbus

    Super busy on Veterans Day and the staff was very efficient. We didn't even have to wait as long as we were told, which was not unreasonable given how many were already waiting.

    My husband and I did carry out on Thanksgiving. It was the next best thing to homemade. Neither of us wanted to cook. I prefer dark meat, but we split a platter, and it was enough food for both of us. Thank you!
