Honey chicken, Singapore street noodles, Short rib fried rice and apple fritters dessert were all delicious. All dishes were so fresh and customized to our liking (e.g low salt,not spicy, etc) the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Place look very clean. Big bar /lounge with TVs to watch the games. We had a super nice waitress, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. Thumbs up for PF Changs in Gainsville. See u again soon 👍🏻

I just have to give a shout out to the manager (Janette) and staff of P.F. Chang's {Gainesville}. Including the mvp solo waitress: Eunice! After multiple calls and requests to restaurants all over town requiring minimum purchases and limited seating, she answered with a resounding “Yes!” to our party of 30+ for my daughter’s surprise 16th birthday dinner. No questions asked. She spent her own money to go the extra mile and decorate the tables for us, including special gold chopsticks for our daughter and a take home box of treats. I have never received this kind of service anywhere else for a birthday party! I will be taking all my large parties to her!

This P.F. Chang’s goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service experience. The food is always great and the entire staff is welcoming. Ambi was my server today and he did an amazing job. His manager even stopped by my table and asked how my visit was going.

We came on the busiest night of the year, Valentine’s Day. We had the absolute best service! Everyone was super sweet, and the food came out pretty fast and looked delicious. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The food was excellent and the portions were great!!! The beef short-ribs were delicious and very tender!!! Like butter!!! 5 Shining Stars!!! Bring your whole family for any occasion. The restaurant is ran by a great man. I met him, he’s very great to talk to and stays on top of things. Also the waitresses are very beautiful!!! ☺️☺️

Came in on a day when their computers were down. They had to manually right down the orders for the kitchen and to cash out tables. I understand things outside of our control suck. Our server did his best at making sure we had a good experience, but I can't help but mention that everything took a very long time. From getting our drinks, food, and the bill. This isn't so much a complaint as it is a warning to everyone to be patient when things like this happen. It's not your servers fault or the staffs fault. We've gotten comfortable using computers for everything , and it takes time to get everything done manually, especially in a fast-paced environment like a restaurant. They told us before we sat down about the issue, so we knew what we were getting into. I appreciate the staff and the food was delicious!

Food and service were excellent. We had the Lettuce Wraps, Egg Drop Soup and Wonton Soup. Restaurant is very clean and staff very friendly. We will return when in Gainesville!

Adam was one of the best servers I've had in a long time! Charming, knowledgeable about the menu and pairings, fantastic food recommendations, and he checked on us regularly. The food was fresh, so flavorful, and filling! Such a great night with family thanks to Adam and the chefs!

2023-10-27: This is quite a place! Had the crispy green beans, egg drop soup, hand-folded crab wontons, egg rolls, Kung Pao Shrimp, and a chicken dish similar to General Tso chicken (can't remember the exact name). The food was fantastic! Four or five servers worked well together, keeping the drinks filled and dishes cleaned off the table. I was impressed with the teamwork. It is a big open area, so it can be a little loud in there. It was fantastic!

Zayn was a wonderful , knowledgeable and funny server. Would come back just for him! Atmosphere- FANTASTIC, food-absolutely amazing. Loveeee the new flaming dumpling (not pictured)

Alex was a great server, he stayed on top of our drinks very well mannered kept us up-to-date when our food was ready. He did awesome. This was our first time coming in here we didn’t even know about the place. Food was great and awesome. Customer service was as great five star.

We visited P.F. Chang’s for dinner the day after Thanksgiving. Upon arrival for our 7:00pm reservation, we were made aware the kitchen was a little backed up; even so, we were seated promptly and service was on point. Adam was attentive, engaging, and very personable. While the kitchen was backed up, Adam brought complimentary soup to the table and he was honest about the progress of our entrees. The kitchen backup did not affect an enjoyable experience, and that is 100% due to Adam being a consummate professional. Our appetizers and entrees were delicious, prepared exactly as we expect from experience with P.F. Chang’s, and my son’s specific order for fried rice was perfect; exactly how he ordered it - which is more praise for Adam understanding the specific preferences of his dining customers. Highly recommend P.F. Chang’s in Gainesville and I hope you get Adam as your server. He’s awesome!!!

Daniel was amazing! He went above and beyond to make our night special. Amazing server! Great service! Amazing food! 5 stars all around. Next time you go make sure to ask for Daniel. You won't be disappointed.

Zayn was great! Very attentive with a great personality. Went above and beyond! 10/10 for his service, professionalism, and hospitality! Additionally, he helped us out with some important nutritional information so we could easily manage our sons type 1 diabetes!

Ambi was amazing! This was literally the best dinning experience I have ever had. It was my sisters birthday and he made her feel extremely special. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend!
