I love Flow Space. I've been going to classes there off and on since its opening. Always felt welcome and warm walking in. The space is super cool, the teachers are excellent and accommodating, and Flow Space successfully establishes a community feel in town with other artistic events. Varied yoga classes are offered to suit my body's mood. My favorites are ones accompanied by live pan drum. In these Covid19 times, I'm so grateful for the online classes whose quality and effectiveness haven't skipped a beat!

Flow space is such a beautiful place. The facilities are unlike any other studio I've ever been to, and all the facilitators are amazing. You truly walk out of class feeling so loved and nourished! They also host super cool workshops every weekend, this is my favorite place in Gainesville!!!

This place is truly magical and makes my heart smile. Whether I'm there for aerial or floor yoga I always feel so welcomed and everyone is always so kind. The space itself is beautiful. I could go to a yoga studio that is closer to me but it wouldn't be the same. I wish more people would come to the advanced aerial class because it is SO much fun and modifications are always an option. Flowspace is judgement free and everyone is just happy you joined. If you haven't been, go!

I've been practicing here for 2 years and Flow Space provides the foundation of my yoga practice and overall physical well being. The building is gorgeous, teachers are incredible, I've been introduced to Acro and Aerial Yoga, and I feel like part of the Flow Space family. If you're looking for a welcoming space to practice the yoga you need, look no further. Multiple levels offered. Drop by if you haven't, and join the awesome community :)

The Flow Space studio is shockingly beautiful - aesthetics cannot get much better than the old restored floors, walls, and windows draped by purple aerial silks. Additionally, acoustics are wonderful; whether done by a DJ or a live cello player - you will have the right ambience. Moreover, the yoga teachers are adept, warm, and soothing - Maggie in particular is such a lovely soul. I have found peace as well as pure joy when I've gone to Flow Space (especially during Goat Yoga, Kitten Yoga, and Onesie Yoga). You will love it.

The classes at flow space are the most enjoyable and grounding part of my weekly routing as well as boon to my fitness regiment. The space has a gorgeous homelike aesthetic full of artwork that gives it a unique feel when compared to the typical sterile fluorescence of gyms and fitness centers. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable and offer clear direction and feedback to help you excel in your practice confidently and safely. There are a wide variety of class styles and variations within each class are masterfully woven together to allow you to find "your class" and pacing without ever feeling out of sync with the rhythm of the room. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and responsive and often make it feel less like a business and more like a community. Whether you are new to yoga and fitness or are seeking to add new depth to your athletics, this is a great place to get your flow on.

I attended the Sacred Sound Journey w/ Nathan Dyke. It was very healing and a great experience. I have also attended a solstice gathering, multiple yin yoga classes, and most recently belly dancing. Every time I go it is a great experience.

First time trying yoga in a studio and I’m highly impressed with this studio! It’s very clean, friendly atmosphere and Molly was amazing leading the class and very helpful on maximizing the full stretch! I will continue going and work on my ROM further!

I just attended Yin w/ a Touch of Thai w/ Molly MacLaren and it was incredible! Molly is absolutely outstanding. I feel so grateful to have had the chance to spend healing, restorative time under her expert guidance. Molly is superb! I felt so much better during and after the class. If you’re considering attending one of her classes, do not hesitate! The space is so unique and beautiful, with an undeniable energy that I instantly loved. There was an Oracle deck for me to pull a card from before the class began. This was my first class at Flow Space and I will definitely be returning quite soon. Thank you, Molly & thank you, Flow Space!

Cuddle Sanctuary: An educational and intimate experience worth having just once, but will want to repeat.

Flow Space has such great energy and the ambience there feels so warm and inviting. I had a most enjoyable yin yoga class taught by Molly and the hands on assist was a bonus. The class was taken to another level with Mark playing his handpan drums throughout the class. I left in a state of yoga bliss!

Jackson is a master at his craft. I learned a lot about Gigong and TaiChi in just 1 hour. This class was a great experience for me. I particularly liked the standing meditation segment and will continue to utilize this technique in my own practice.

Not crowded, wide range of classes, gorgeous and big facility, helpful staff, right off main street. First class free and offers package deals. Only drawback is some road noise but their sound system cancels most of that out.

A beautiful space that consistently offers nourishing, soul-supporting practices. I just took Astarte's Kundalini belly dance class for the first time, and it filled me (and other participants) with joy!

Flow space is magical! I love the flow jam sessions that happen twice a month- great spot for juggling, hooping, poi, acroyoga etc in community with others. Their yoga classes are also always super relaxing and intentional

Wooo-weee, the sound healing experience had me PROFOUNDLY relaxed in BODY/MIND. When we were asked to share our experience afterwards, my body had no desire to move so I remained lying down, eye pillows on eyes, and shared from that position haha. Tori's selection of sounds besides the bowls (gong, cowry shells, chimes, etc) and her melodic playing was mesmerizing and got me into very possibly a Theta brain wave state or close to it pretty quickly, which I applied readily to affirmations. Also my level of empathy/clairsentience increased as I was able to feel more intensely the emotions of someone speaking/sharing next to me. My mind was calm going to sleep shortly after and throughout the night when I woke up : ). Thanx Flowspace and if Tori is there again, there'll be at least one attendee!
