OMG! Had a scheduled appointment for PCP services & arrived promptly. The dirt stained carpet led to visible black handprints streaking down the walls of the treatment room like a B rated horror film. 2 hrs later & still no doctor in the building. The front desk advised that the doctor is not responding to texts or calls & can't provide an ETA. 2.5 hrs later, still no doctor, no communication. I asked for a refund & left untreated after waiting a week to get treated. Don't recommend it!

I guess I've been coming to GAHC for about a year. The staff has always been amazing to me. My doctor is the very best hands down. It is a very busy clinic and I've read several reviews about long wait times but it's been the exact opposite for me. I am usually in and out within 30-45 minutes depending on how much I need to talk to him. Dr. G is so amazing I can't say enough good about him. If you are going to this office for addiction and you truly want help and are serious about your recovery this is the place to go. There is healing and there is recovery and there is true freedom if you work your steps, respect yourself and others and are ready. I love this place!! I highly recommend to anyone who truly wants help.

Been coming here for many years now. Doctor Gallogly is second to none and caring for his patients. He listens and gives good recommendations as well. I would recommend anyone to come here for their medical concerns. Dr. Robinson is an excellent counselor and has helped me with many things. Most recent the death of my mother. He really cares about people. I have never had any problems with staff or anyone else here. I'm grateful for Gainesville After Hours clinic.

I've been going here for years, Dr.Raulerson is a all around wonderful doctor ,he listens to your symptoms and concern,he keeps up with new medications and treatments His Nurse Practioner Chad is very good too, I highly recommend them and this office.

Dr. Raulerson is one of the most caring, understanding, and efficient doctor I came in contact with dealing with addictions. I met him at Vista Pavillion about 12 years ago. He just great all around. I have never met Dr. G. so I don't have an opinion.

Everyone there is so sweet an nice,I luv Mrs. Debbie she's super sweet an I feel like I could talk to her about anything, Dr. Robertson is so respectful an his bed side manners are awesome. Merry 🎄 Christmas to all!!

Made an appointment but that doesn’t guarantee you that you’re going to see the doctor. The doctor will swear at you and smack the phone out of your hand when you’re trying to show that he’s being a complete a hole.

Well apparently they the appointment here is absolutely USELESS. They wont prioritize you because they still have patient's to take care of. Ridiculous. A video was released on how unprofessional the male doctor is.

See PROS and CONS below: PROS: *Good AC *Free WiFi CONS: *Expensive Co-Pay *Literally2 Chairs only in the lobby (bring your own chair just to be sure) *Only TV is turned off *Really Long Waiting time to get seen (I came in on a Weekday) I came in the afternoon and got an initial screening after 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. Then I had to wait again in the next room for an additional couple of hours to get seen by the doctor. Conclusion: I will never EVER comeback here again and NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone I care about.

My husband uses them as his primary, he had an infection in his leg from stitches. They gave him a telehealth appointment but never got back to him about the antibiotics he needed, and refused to help when he called them multiple times to get it into a pharmacy nearby as the infection worsened.

Y’all should fire Dr Gallogly for acting like that to a patient !! Is this the kind of care to expect there??? The doc lied to police that the woman was belligerent and to at is FALSE. Only the doctor was acting a fool and putting his hands in her face while yelling . He needs anger management training .
