Nice trails system. You can decide the distance you want to go. Just a point of clarification to see the lake you will have to hike over 6 miles out and back (if you are parked at the science center like I was) elachee trail, to bridge trail to lake loop. Or you can drive over to it and park there (2100 Calvary church road).

I hiked the 4.5 mile lakes trails. Nice shaded trail. Well marked blazes. Watch out for spider webs. Not many mosquitoes, even in the summer. The lake has fish and turtles of all sizes. The trail has cool lizards, frogs, snails, and mushrooms.

Had a wonderful time here as a chaperone for a field trip my son's class just had. Paula was a terrific guide on the trails. Kept the kiddos engaged and entertained.

First camp my twins have been to, they absolutely loved, it was a great experience, great stuff, bus driver awesome and super kind. My boys will never forget this experience, every morning they woke up excited to go and see new things. The experience on the creek it was excellent for them too. Will definitely spread the world because we loved.

Visited today with my grandson and family. First timers. We had a great time learning about owls, hawks and falcons. Awesome exhibits! Worth a visit…or two!

Went here with my wife today for the first time - we were in the area and love nature and animals, and this place didn't disappoint. Super friendly staff, beautiful area, a great selection of animals they keep and take care of. The caretaker obviously loved her job and the animals, letting us meet a few of them and telling us their stories. We had a great time and visit, hope to stop by again soon!
