My first appointment here for my dog was great! I met with Dr. M and she was wonderful with my very anxious dog. Unfortunately, the rest of our visits weren't so great. We met with another female vet that was very cold towards us and our animals. From then on we got conflicting treatment information from the different vets. When one of our dogs became so sick he stopped eating, we took him in for some tests. We never received a call about the results of the tests so when I took him for additional tests I was told the other tests were never done. I ended up driving an hour away to our previous vet to get the treatment he needed. When I needed a refill on some medication, my vet said she could call it in to a vet closer to me so that I wouldn't have to make the drive. When I asked Maple Springs to refill the medication they seemed upset I had stopped go to them, they never called me back to pick up the medication, said they needed all of his records, and when I picked up the medication the lady wouldn't even look at me. My dog is going through chemo for a very aggressive form of cancer and they couldn't even show some sort of sympathy to our situation because they were too busy being upset about losing a client.

This has been the clinic for my cat Boots for 18 years. We had to put him down two days ago and I am crushed but Maple Springs made it as not terrible as they could. They have always been so loving towards Boots and so kind and caring. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get nearly two decades with the best cat the world will ever know. I've gone here with my pets since I was a child tagging along with my parents. I now come here as an adult now that I'm back in the area. Been here with both dogs and cats. They are the kindest! Health scares with your pet can be stressful, but they are so compassionate and caring. I can not say enough good things about them. Definitely worth entrusting your precious pet to their hands.

Maple Springs is amazing with my dogs. They always call and check up on my dogs after their appointments. They are very informative if you have any questions. You can tell they really care about the animals.

Very friendly staff. Vet techs are excellent. They are kind to the animals and amazingly accurate at drawing blood! Makes the whole experience so much better for our beloved pets. Dr. Laden is wonderful, down to earth and easy to talk with.

We recently got our puppy spayed at Maple Springs Vet. The entire team was fantastic in speaking to us before hand, sharing an estimate (it was $200-300 less than 3 others we got from other Vets right in the area). Michael was super helpful, as well as the other office staff (we can't recall all their names). Dr. Cooper ended up being the one to do the procedure. We were very pleased with his bed side manners as well as his work. He did a great job with figuring out meds to take the edge off her energy so that she can stay settled but still be active and alert (she's a really high energy puppy). The meds while of the same brands as those our previous vet would have prescribed, did not cost a fortune. Overall we found their pricing to be fair and reasonable (no marketing or over-prescribing) and the services to be outstanding.

I've always received excellent service from Maple Springs. All of the staff, to my knowledge, have loving animal homes. It shows in how they care for animals and humans alike. They are compassionate and work very hard to get one through the final stages of a 4 legged companions life!

Truly caring people and staff. Always found a way to fit my dogs in if something concerning going on and they have better follow-up/post care then my primary physician does for me! Great place!
