I rarely write a review, but after this experience I felt obligated to. It’s MAGIC!!! I travel often and have stayed in many places but no other place gave me goosebumps as this serene trekker property did ! Kind staff , stunning views and an unforgettable experience. Don’t hesitate to book , don’t miss this experience! MAGIC !!!

Amazing location, great room and good food. Really liked the ecolodge vibe of the place and the location is absolutely gorgeous. Furthermore, the room was really nice and clean. But unfortunately the service was lacking. The staff was lacking in their knowledge in English and their slow pace when ordering food. It sometimes felt like the staff was inexperienced and didn’t know basic things such as explaining what was included in our package and what wasn’t which caused a big misunderstanding at the end of our stay. The service we got didn’t match the price of the hotel which was disappointing. Overall a good experience but I believe it can get better

Get there now!! It’s awesome and surely will not regret it! Easy communication on what’s app with the staff to ensure a smooth pick up! I would suggest getting your own taxi from Sant Marta (70,000 COP). The Glamping rooms were comfortable, clean and offer an experience that is incredible with rolling tropical jungle, sunsets and star gazing all while enjoy the sounds of the jungle! The hot water shower and toilet are below in the jungle are kept clean and critter free as possible while being in the jungle!! Outdoor shower is fabulous, the walkway to the bathroom is covered in case it’s raining and adds some additional privacy. The staff have been outstanding! Friendly, helpful and speedy with any request! The food has all been delicious! The staff offer to order ahead of sitting for breakfast or dinner as each meal is handmade and fresh! They have plenty of activities in Minca to enjoy as well as massages on site, Alejandra was fantastic! Honestly, wish we could have stayed longer! Have a great trip and enjoy the jungle life!

Outstanding location! I booked this stay on a Sunday & It was serene. The employees are very accommodating plus the check in process was excellent. My cabin was pretty spacious and clean. It is steps away from the hot tub and restaurant area. For the amenities you get, i consider this place a steal. A few gripes is the food is pretty sub-par but it was the only option here. Also i got about 10-15 nasty mosquito/spider/tick bites which was unpleasant during the rest of my trip this is not the fault of the hotel, rather due to the location in the jungle.

Beautiful place, we had a family trip with two teens and they enjoyed the peaceful ambience and the jacuzzi with the exceptional views and sunsets. We loved this place and recommend it 100% We reconnected with nature and had a fantastic family time. The staff is very proactive and helpful all the time. The food was delicious and by the way the tea bag was $2,000 COP.

Overall, our time at Trekker Glamping was exceptional. The combination of their charming cabins, stunning views, delectable breakfast, enjoyable marshmallow roasting, and indulgent jacuzzi made our stay a truly unforgettable experience. Magical Experience / Stellar Service . This place is simply perfect. Beautifully built, with exquisite taste in respect and harmony of the environment surrounding the hotel. Such a one in a lifetime experience to sleep at the heart of the jungle, listening to the sound of its wildlife at night and witnessing the jungle waking up at the first lights of dawn. The view over the canopy all the way to the city of Santa Marta is breathtaking. The staff and the owner are absolutely Charming and extremely professional. The service is simply perfect in every aspect . The restaurant offers the most delicious meals and the menu is very diverse and rich of flavors. The wide range of incredible activities around the facility would make you want to stay a whole week. The peace and serenity guaranteed by a limited amount of guests is priceless. I felt healed and fully recharged after this magical experience. I would like to thank Ivan for going over and beyond and ensuring the best experience. Mafé is the gem of this place , such a light and joy. Daniel was so attentive and helpful . Andres was really friendly and professional.
