They have cute slippers obviously. I love most of them. Haven't been to the place but they do respond the beat way to their online customers.

Bought a pair of transparent heels, she only wore it once the sole of the heel dropped out it had not been glued properly. People pay and buy things from you make sure to give a proper quality product rather than just doing it for the sake of it. These are hard times for everybody.

Sereppu has some awesome sandals for us ladies... They are durable and stylish. I have only bought sereppu for office n casual wear for the past 2 years. Suits the smart casual look.

Very bad after sales service. They mention about a return policy in their website but it doesn't seem to work. I've requested for a return on 18th August but still I have not received a positive answer. They either ignore my messages or says the particular pair isn't available though it appears available on the website. This was my 3rd purchase from sereppu and I never think of purchasing again

Beautiful & unique collection of slippers, sandals & shoes. Price is very high & shoes are not that durable. If they can customize according to client requirements I'd ve very happy to buy my choice of footwear. No parking space so have to park somewhere else & walk a bit. Rose gold collection is my favourite.

Love the place. Kind of a heaven for ladies. Cordwainer is so friendly and she has hilarious ideas on flip flops and sandals. Awesome place to visit. Once you were there, you will definitely go back for new in.

Experienced a worst online customer service. After paying for the products had to text several times to get an answer and Finally I’ve got wrong size of product, still no one answer on their given contact number. Highly don’t recommend.

Small retail outlet "සෙරෙප්පු" reputed Sri Lanka brand Place is located by the side of the road on Galle road. Unfortunately they don't offer any space for parking for the customers. On a busy day it would be difficult to find a space for parking Eventhough the shop is small in size it does contain a variety of different sorts of lady's foot ware to choose from. Prices are moderately expensive but reasonable for the price.

It was my first time going to 'Sereppu ' and it was really good. Their products are just as they were in the website and their service was top notch. Highly recommend to shop for shoes you want to wear in any occasion.
