Facilities are good and rooms are very clean. Staffs are very friendly. One small issue is that can't pay money through card. Need to have cash in hand.

One of the best places I’ve spent my nights. Really classy looking and clean. The rooms are appealing and the beds were very comfortable. The owner is humble and friendly. We stayed in a room with one double bed and a queen size bed. Have parking and a beautiful garden. Also a great rooftop. You won’t regret staying a night at this beautiful hotel❤️

Wow. The rooms are very neat and tidy. , it's not like they 're for rent. . A caretaker is such a kind person. Contains a / c, hot water and other essentials for a luxury room. definitely i ll stay there again.

Good place have a dayout or vacation with family or friends. Good service . location is not far from city. Can enjoy your home cooking while stay.

All the staff are very friendly. The room I booked was on the second floor, but I had a lot of luggage, so they allowed me to change to the lower floor. The building is located in a good neighborhood and safe place. There is a beautiful garden and comfortable living room. Able to cook simple meals in the kitchen and store food in the refrigerator. The only disappointment was that the soundproofing wasn't good, so the machine next window was making noise all day, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Loved the stay here.. these rooms that I booked were perfect for me and my family. One step to the garden for a smoke and room for my kids to play. Yes, there are mosquitoes but then that's Sri lanka.. we asked for a net and we got it. We also got a vaporizer. The air conditioning was the perfect temperature. The hospitality was amazing. Most of all this is the hub of all things that we can do in colombo. All in all very satisfied and will be the only place I book when I'm in colombo sri lanka

Very Clean and tidy. Room was beautiful and clean. Very good for families. Feel as my own home. Friendly owners and staff. My special thanks to Mrs. Mary who taking care my needs entire 10 days. I really appreciate them kind enough to provided electrical kettle to make my own coffee whenever I need. Perfect location easy access to every city’s and major super markets shopping malls, bank and many more….. I really love this place and recommended who want to stay short or longer period.

Far better than so called some 3star hotels.
