Very disappointed with this company. I called for a repair a week ago. They said it would be a day or so before they could get there. They called this morning--one week later--and very unapologetically said it'll be mid-December before they can come to look at my pump. I explained that I know it's pool closing season, but that surely a repair would come before a closing. After several conversations, the service manager finally told me they would put me on a list, but that it would still be 3 weeks. I think that should have been the first thing she offered. I feel like they are trying to pare down their customers. I called Fox pools and their service manager told me they're really busy but immediately told me she'd see if there was any way a technician could get to me quickly. She called right back and told me they would work me in today. They'll be my pool company going forward.

Leaving this review based on an experience from two other people whom I personally know had a bad experience with swim world. Their experiences have gone exactly the same. !!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Please please do your research before deciding who you want to throw 50 grand to! Read contracts carefully! Swim world is a company who over books themselves with projects and uses a "rain delay" clause on their contract as an excuse. It has been two months since they OFFICIALLY began working on the pool but about 3-4 months since their joke of a contract has been signed. We were told the pool would be finished to where we could use it by Memorial Day. False. It is still sitting untouched for two weeks now with a pile of gravel around it. Nothing - I repeat NOTHING has been touched in two weeks. This same situation happens repeatedly, over and over they will do one small thing , then nothing for a week or more! And don't you dare try to contact them with concern... they will sideline you! We have had about 7 calls and even more messages ignored at this point. They will not get back to us, but we know why - because they LIED about a completion date they KNEW they couldn't fulfill. They've used the rain delay excuse. It has rained TWO DAYS in the past two weeks!!! Every other day has been sunny and hot. Rain is no excuse!!! This whole experience has been a NIGHTMARE for my family when it should be exciting. !!!!!!!!!Beware beware beware!!!!!!!!!!! There are PLENTY of reputable pool businesses around the area that I wish we had gone with. Swim world is a TERRIBLE company to deal with!!!!! Bring your business and your thousands of dollars ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife has wanted a pool as long as she can remember. Her dream has finally come true. Swim World did an amazing job designing and installing our pool. We are very impressed with the whole process. Our property isn’t exactly an easy place to put a pool. We live on a hill in the woods and our driveway is very steep and surrounded by a gate and trees. Jay and his crew didn’t whine or say they can’t do that. They simply said no problem and they were correct. It took two separate crane jobs to get the pool over the gates and up the hill but they made it look easy. The overall construction of the pool was very impressive. It must be difficult to manage all the different tasks and factors when installing pools. Swim World makes this look easy. Their teams would show up early in the morning and work very hard all day. The workers Swim World sent to our home obviously have the skills to complete the job correctly. They work hard and care about the work they do. I’m very happy with all the efforts put into our pool. Another thing that is very impressive is the overall transformation of our backyard. It started as a boring concrete lot. Now it looks as fun as you could imagine. They did so many things to improve the quality of our home in general including additional landscaping, a new concrete driveway and an amazing rock wall. The pool and the pool cover have been very good. We are impressed with the design and functionality of this set up. I honestly didn’t know exactly how the cover would turn out but I really love it now that it’s finished. We think it looks great the way the pool is sunk in the ground. For us the cover is totally necessary because we are surrounded by trees. So this was an additional option we had to go with. After a few windy days we know now that was the right choice We love the look and feel of the pool. The over all design and flow of our backyard is an impressive improvement to our home. Swim World is a great company with great employees. They work with you throughout the build to get it all right. They are capable of working with you on additional improvements or changes. When it’s possible Jay tries to make it happen as best they can. I am always throwing curveballs into projects so this was very nice to be able to work through our ideas and get them into reality. In closing I would highly recommend Swim World Pools. As I watched them build and install the pool I became more and more convinced we made the right choice to buy a pool. Our pool is amazing and we are extremely happy with the results. Also we made the right choice when we chose Swim World because they are absolutely the BEST.

From the first call with Amanda, your meeting, pool installers, orientation, cleaners, concrete, and especially Ronnie. The entire team was absolutely phenomenal. After coming off a sixteen month house build dealing with several contractors; I have to tell you, your team has been the best to work with in a long long time. Every touch point from ordering loungers, pool vac, changes, beat my expectations. It’s really hard to find great customer service these days. Moreover, extremely difficult to operate a business with every touch point exceeding customers expectations. My friend, you have mastered that with our experience. I know it’s not easy in the line of work either. So congratulations to you and the team! I just wanted to express our pleasure and ensure you knew how amazing every one did to make us satisfied. Very happy with our experience with Swim World. Most of our acquaintances that have had pools installed have had bad experiences with other pool companies, because of that we started the process pretty nervous. This whole process was surprisingly stress free and smooth. Jay was very good with communicating what was happening next and what to expect. If he told us someone was going to be there at a certain time it happened. All employees and subcontractors were respectful and courteous. And the whole process went much quicker then expected. I would highly recommend Jay and his staff!

From our initial pool design consultation with Jay Tucker in the fall of 2021, through the pool's installation, and an ongoing relationship as customers, our experience with Swim World Pools has been wholly positive. Jay is clearly an authority in the areas of pool design and installation. As first time pool owners, Jay was very thoughtful and balanced in his presentation of the various pool options available, their relative pros and cons, and the cost/benefit tradeoffs associated with various options.
