    Smart mouth greeter named Gary needs to do his job instead of blocking the exit while talking to other employees. I politely said I needed to get by he responded well go on hell I'm not stopping you. Only reason I didn't blow up was respect for the little old ladies standing there Won't matter next time If you don't like your job get another one. I'm sure you were hired to smile and greet people not smart mouth them Of course Walmart will ignore this and nothing will be done

    Probably my favorite Walmart in the Nashville area. Always, clean, organized and with generally short lines.

    BAKERY 🩷 They done so amazing here with my daughters birthday cupcakes! It left me speechless how beautiful they are. I HIGHLY recommend them here at the bakery! I hope the ones that made these cupcakes see this review, because they deserve to know how talented they are! 🦋

    So be carefull when buing a phone online and then pick up "Curbside" Likley that it doesnt get scanned out correctly, when this happens your screwed trying to get the phone activated because the IEMEI # is not recoginized untill proper instore scanning is complete, if this happens Straight Talk wont or cant help, your local Wallmart cant or wont help, so you drive 40 miles back to store that you picked up from and return the phone completly, and re-purchase with a new charge added to your account then scanned properly. At which Time the Lady "Beckie or Debbie in charge of electronics evening shift, Knows Whats going on! Very Helpfull ! (5 0f 5 stars for her!)

    They re-organized isles over entire store. This is extremely inconvenient for customers as we have to re-learn it all over again! (Have a bad habit doing this every few years.) What's with all new fancy displays? This store was cramped and limited enough without adding to it! Only good was new self-check registers they added throughout the store so you get out quicker.

    Walmart needs to educate their 3rd party delivery drivers better,, every time I have a home delivery they drop my package off at the wrong address. Come on Walmart if you want to compete with Amazon you need to step up your game.

    I used to like going to Walmart. Since they remodeled it I absolutely hate it and go there only when I have too. The isles are to narrow and those bells that ding constantly really bother me. I have to wear earplugs because of it. Amazon is definitely getting more of my business now.

    I never complain when having to ask for a worker to unlock one of the glass boxes for me but today I had to wait a little over an hour for someone to finally come unlock the dog medicine glass box. We asked multiple times and stood back there after multiple people asked for assistance over the intercom and after asking the lady at the electronic center to even ask she stated she had already had someone coming over there. Nobody came so after going back up to customer service they called around and stated that the electronic lady had the only key to the dog medicine box. So why did we have to wait for over an hour for her to walk 3 feet over to unlock the box after SHE TOLD US SHE WAS SENDING SOMEONE. Just ridiculous. Then after she came over to unlock the box she stated “there’s some on the other side of the store not in a glass box” like really? After constantly waiting and asking for assistance she had the nerve to say that😡 Because everyone just knows that and the Walmart workers have zero communication with eachother and do not care to help the customers most of the time😡😤

    BEWARE OF PURCHASING TVS AT GALLATIN WALMART! STORE WILL SELL YOU BROKEN AND WRONG TV, THEN REFUSE TO FIX IT. My husband and I purchased what we thought would be a new TV on Friday night 11/3. We had more shopping to do, so paid IN FULL for the TV in the electronic center, and brought it home. The tv we picked out was on display, and the box they brought us came from their inventory in the back of the store!!! We spent the better part of an hour installing our new mount, and then took our new tv out of the box to put it on the wall. AS SOON as we plugged it in, INSTANT broken screen, so bad you couldn’t even see anything but busted screen. We immediately packed the tv back up, and my husband returned to Walmart the next day after work to try and get the issue resolved. Mind you, we had our receipt, the tv and the entire contents of the box. He was quickly told that the tv couldn’t be replaced, and we were supposed to just eat $206. Not only was our new tv broken straight out of the box, it was not even the same brand as the one we purchased!!! Some one had no only placed a damaged tv in our box, they scammed us into buying one that wasn’t even the same brand. Out of anger and frustration, he just asked for it back and left the store. The lady working that night also claimed there was no manager on duty for him to speak to. Fast forward to tonight, I went with my husband to again try to return the tv, and we were immediately told that there was nothing the store could do. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE, and quick to get an attitude because we didn’t come back the night we purchased the tv, mind you Walmart was CLOSED and my husband works a full time job 7 days a week. The manager claimed no returned merchandise is put back on the shelves, so there was “ no way” we ended up with this tv. So, if they don’t put returned merchandise on the shelf, how did we end up with this TV? They refused to take any responsibility in this huge mess. Above that, they suggested again that we waste more time tomorrow to come speak to another manager who would basically tell us the same bull, and refuse to help. They also kept our receipt🙃😒 My question is, YOUR customers are supposed to trust you as they buy all products ranging from food, to new iPhones, and tvs…. Yet when there’s a problem that comes from YOUR STORE, YOUR INVENTORY, YOUR PEOPLE…. You do nothing. HOW? How is that any kind of true customer service?! My husband and I are expected to eat $206, and now be out of a new tv. Have you seen the prices of ANYTHING these days?! NO ONE has $206 to just eat. We’re angry and frustrated, but beyond that just plain confused. Pardon my language, but truly… WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL?! This is plain obsurd. As the holidays approach, and the scamming continues, I urge you all to be cautious in the things you purchase, and definitely in how a company will treat you when you’re just trying to get what you paid for. We will no longer be trusting Walmart.
