UPDATE: We went last night. The food was fantastic! Reasonable prices and a great selection. Best pizza I've had in Sri Lanka! Only open for lunch 1200 to 1500 hrs and by appointment. Is open for dinner no appointment needed. Is a bit hard to find. Take the laneway right by the south side of The Gloria Grand Hotel. About 80 metres in. I wanted to go here because of the great reviews but sadly was closed when we finally found it. I'll try another day and review the feed!

Fantastic place to get Italian food in Unawatuna. I got a pizza and it was great. We also had the daily special cheese platter and a seafood pasta, both were very good. Prices are a little higher than other restaurants but worth it. They have real Italian wine and it's kind of off the beaten path. Good for special occasions.

Nice atmosphere, cozy place. For Sri Lankan standard the pizza is surely great, anyway I was a little disappointed, because I thought at a place, where an Italian makes the pizza, it will be better. For me the pizza bread was way too hard. Anyway, can recommend it.

Closest you will have to authentic Italian! Nice chill spot. I’m shocked to read the reviews that complained about the service. I live in Unawatuna Beach and can say first hand that their service by far superseded most places. The Caprese and Carbonara are my favorites. Out of all the restaurants in the area this was my choice for my daughters 21st birthday. I think that alone says it all!

Great food. We had the caprese salad for a starter, a pizza and pesto pasta for main dishes (we were so hungry, we forgot to take photos). All the food was great, very nice service! We will definitely come back!

Delicious and authentic italian food as well as very friendly service. First we were a bit sceptical because the restaurant is a bit hidden, off from the main road. But don’t hesitate. If you have enough of curry and rice for a while and really like good italian food that’s the place to be!!
