Perfect place with nice people. I was here 1 month and i fell in love with this place. Kitchen,Grill,Sea 2 minutes walk. Beutiful view. I recommend.

The place were ok. We spent there two nights. Our room was big but the toilet very small. It was clean but it had moldy smell. The mosquito net was not in the middle of the bed what makes no sense at all. The location was ok, close to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking and about 7-8 minutes walking to the area where all restaurants are. The wifi didn't work properly.

Relaxing one night here 😇Good safety and friendliness of the owner. A price that can guarantee a perfect fit and value. I give 5 stars for this place. Love it.! Location on the main road.,You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes from here. Around this area there are restaurants, coffee shops and general small shops. Highly recommended.🙏

Good location for buses and beach.Our only downside was our room was on main road so very noisy, we didn't ask to change room as was only there a short time. Host was helpful.

For reasonable price good ,cleaned and spacious rooms

Good beach side for relax your mind. And one of the most tourist attraction place in Sri Lanka. Unawatuna Beach having wider view of land and sea area. Surfing, diving, boat riding, fishing and many activity allow this area. There are many star class hotels, restaurant, cabana and villas in this place.

Nice place for that price. Owner and the staff are very friendly. The property is closer to the beach as well. No discrimination against local tourists, which is great.

Close to the road. And close to the Unawatuna beach. Rooms are clean. However parking is not enough. So call before you go there.

Spent a one day with my ex over here. It was a great place to have a night too. It's near to Unawatuna beach. Comfortable beds and ok. If you are a picky like my ex, you won't love this stay. So check if you or your gf or bf is picky and then visit here.

Lack of facilities. Even the floor has not yet tiled. No spacious. Not recommend if you are look for a cool and calm place.
