Terrible terrible terrible villas: dirty, dirty sheets and towels. Food is disgusting. Swimming pool was never clean. 2 member of the hotel literally asked me for the money saying how poor they are. But , big thanks and respect to 2 cleaners / they helped me a lot. And to the manager in reception. They work ok. Nets come to this place for a long stay and with little kids

Was so impressed by the service, food and ambiance of the space. This is my second time here, and I was happy to see that they’ve maintained a good standard, if not better. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was great too. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful quiet villa. Amazing views and a gorgeous pool. Room was clean and the staff were so lovely. Especially Shantha who made our stay extra special - he was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Our only recommendation is that it should be an adults-only villa as it is a small intimate place and our peace was disrupted when a large group of children came.

Great place to relax overlooking the ocean. Rooms and bathrooms are massive and luxurious. Food good too. The Manager Nalaka represents true Srilankan hospitality. Thank you Nalaka and team for looking after us and accommodating our requests with a broad smile.

Very nice beautiful location, rooms are very big n cozy, traditional colonial type. Food needs to be improved, but cannot complain due to lack of tourists, they have cut down the rates. Spent one night with family and we all loved it

Great location and great view. Room is spacious and bed is really comfortable. Even though it's a Five Star hotel, no telephone in the room. TV remote was not working and it was difficult to inform the reception as there was no phone. Really disappointed with the food. Not worth the money at all. Only two options at the dinner and both fried rice and noodle were full of MSG. Breakfast was quite good with few local food options. Again there were only three options for lunch, and they totally messed the order and gave us something that was even not in the menu. We had to wait nearly 1.5 hours to get the food. Not enough space in the parking area. We had to wait nearly half an hour until others move their vehicles to get out of the premises.

I need to add an ammendment to my previous comment. We complained to the management about the food and the next day they really upped their game and provided much better food and in decent quantities. So well done for taking the criticism constructivly and making changes. Very good customer service!

Another expensive Jetwing property. This one is quite well located however the room rates are pretty high. This hotel would not be suited for the back packing traveler. It is rather well suited for the couple in their 40's with kids and from an upper class family. Not so great, in terms of value and I am sure you can find other great places to stay for the same price.

Lovely location. Beautiful view and classic architectural beauty in the property. The stay was wonderful especially thanks to the workers there Dilan, Roshan and the chefs and the other staff ensured a very comfortable stay. Although the maintenance was below than expected the staff managed to change that 1st impression with their warm hospitality. Need to specially mention the food there. It was simply delightful. Rooms are spacious and the pool was also well maintained even though it was a lockdown.

Amazing looking colonial hotel. An architectural masterpiece with great use of space. Great for pictures at the pool or sunset. The room is spacious and the room we had had an amazing shower. The atmosphere is serene, quiet and calm. Perfect for a stay down South. The staff is friendly and the food tasted great as well with local items such as very fresh fish on the menu. Point of improvement: Maintenance of the garden should happen more frequently. Found some plastic which should not be there. This however does not refrain me from giving this place 5 stars.

We stayed in a room with a plunged pool. The room was huge ! and the bathroom & the wardrobe were very spacious & clean! The plunge pool was perfect! Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff was really friendly.. easy access to the beach.. great place to chill.. Had a perfect stay. Thanks Era beach !

Rooms are not cleaned. We booked the lobby view suit, room with plunge pool and sea view suit.There were ants on the sea view room bed. Room with plunge pool is good. But the AC is too noisy. Service is very poor. It got around 2 hours to provide the food we ordered. They provided water 30mins after we finished the lunch. Its not worth to stay at that price. We suggest to improve the service.

A best place to spend your leisure time and to be relaxed. Food was superb 👌 Friendly staff 😃 Awesome view...❤️ Anyway the pool should be cleaned more..

Sharing my experience in 3 sentences 1. Food - The food described on the menus are way different to what’s brought to the table, food was not worth the price at all 2. Service - Awful service, this one person was extremely bad at handling customers 3. I wanted to have a wedding function here but I don’t recommend this place to anyone because of the above. Your arrogance and rudeness won’t work with normal customers :) All the best anyways
