We waited for almost an hour for a breakfast burger and a Berry bowl. The burger was tiny and the Berry bowl only had one scoop of cranberrys, so not really worthy of that name. The mixed nuts in the bowl were missing or they think that seeds are the same as nuts. The waiters were nice and attentive, but for this price you can get more and better food elsewhere.

Nice spot on the beach. I ordered a salad and for what I got was very overpriced. It was mainly lettuce so was disappointed. I also ordered wine and the serve was so small but as I was paying my bill they were pouring a glass of wine for someone else and was a bigger glass and bigger serving so kind of felt like I was being ripped off. The staff were nice but overall was not worth the money.

Service was good from everyone there, and very attentive. Had breakfast and lunch there whilst working and stayed most of the day. Food was all enjoyable. I had English breakfast, my friend had French toast. (Was slightly upset when my friend paid for a side of sausages and receive 2, and I only received 1 on my full breakfast). The place has fast WiFi, the only downside was that I had to change to my hotspot quite a few times as it would drop out from time to time. The opening hours need updating ASAP, as we arrived at 9 as open time stated, only to have to wait until 10 before it opened for food or drink. Overall, would recommend.

This restaurant has nice outdoor seating options that made it worth it to check it out! We ordered a pineapple ham pizza and fries which was tasty! The server didn’t come out and check on us much except to bring our food and take our empty plates away. But they are attentive when we go up to the counter. They do have small toilets and an outdoor sink.

Super chill place for dinner. We went on a Friday and they were playing live acoustic music, great artist. the fresh juice was alright, nothing special though. Super delicious veggie pizza and falafel wrap! 🤤 The pizza was big so we could not finish it and got the rest in a take away box 👍 Nice lounge chairs to just chill in.

This beach side cafe has been one of my favorite places in Hikka. Its quiet and perfect for working, on the beach, and relaxing. The staff was nothing but helpful and friendly the whole time, making sure to go above and beyond what was asked. PS- The french toast is a must have! :)

Ate lunch at the resturant, we had the prawn burger fish and chips and full English, all really good and the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka having been here 6 weeks. We really enjoyed live music (oh gosh, the singer had really incredible voice), food and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to Sandeepa and others on the team for your attentiveness and creating a happy vibe. We could count on fresh, delicious food and craft cocktails that look and taste amazing. Red wine and Prosecco is a rare find in area and available here. We recommend the tapas appetizer, Mediterranean salad, whole fish, and buttered chicken.

It's a great beach bar with cool laid-back vibe. All staff is very kind and freindly, food is super delicious and so are the drinks. The location couldn't be better, especially of you want to surf. We stayed in one of their rooms for a couple of nights and then decided to change our plans and come back again for another few days :) The rooms are very spacious, modern, super clean and you have everything you need there. The best place we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip. I know I said staff is super nice, but I mean like really top notch - very attentive, friendly and funny. When it gets busy you have a to wait a bit for your food, but just chill out and enjoy yourself - you are in paradise!

Sea Salt Society was looking really inviting when we were walking by the beach with my wife. We decided to take a closer look and quickly our soon-to-be waiter Sandaru greeted us with a warm smile. We got our table near the kitchen and Sandaru handed us the menus. The range of food was pretty wide, but not too wide. Just enough to offer something for everyone. We decided to try their pizzas; Very Veggie and Sea Salt Special - amazing.
