Customer service is very bad. We had to find supporters for ask for do they have this type size,this colour one etc.We couldn't find them in shop floor easily. Supporters are not supporting to customers. They are doing their own chats and things. Worst staff members .About 3 years ago,it was good, but now it's very bad.

Place is quite good. And very helpful customer service officers are there. They have quality products of clothes, shoes, bags, kids wear,etc. They also have a good parking system. They have a underground parking place and a big parking area at outside. Also their parking assistant manage its parking areas well. There is something that they should develop. It is their counters.if you visit in one time they only open one counter to pay for goods that we bought. If i talk about my experience i have to wait atleast 6 minutes at queue to pay because there is one counter for all customers. If we can neglect that overall customer service is excellent. 👋😅
