We absolutely loved it here! The falafel bowl was one of the best we've had so far and the views and ambiance are so lovely. The owner was as well super nice and the guy serving was the most pleasant local we've met so far in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend coming here!

First time in Persian Kitchen. The beef kebab was the best I ever tried. Also tried BBQ chicken wings here and it was amazing too. It is the great place to visit, especially if you meat lover. The place is very clean. Definitely recommend you to go there.

Hands down the BEST food I ate in Sri Lanka. The beef kebab was so delicious both me and my partner were in tears. The hummus, calamari, cocktails, every item was absolutely delicious! Literally unforgettable. Family operated restaurant with outdoor tables and bar. Beachfront. Delectable. You will not find better food anywhere on the Island. Eat here! A million stars! Cannot be beat.

Eclectic Persian affair right on the beach. Run by a extremely accommodating and hospitable couple. Called them at 6PM and requested dinner for 20 and they were up to the task! They close at 7:30PM but stayed open to serve us a private pre-ordered dinner that evening. Fabulous finger licking good, hummus with pita, lamb, beef and chicken kabobs. Seafood platter and Oysters on the half shell! All in all was a memorable evening for the family! BYOB

Huge Six!!! Out the Park!! Simply delicious food... at a stunning location..... Best Beef Kebab in SL!! They ask you how you want it cooked too.... very rare for SL... got medium rare... and truly was a treat!!! So soft and tender the beef.... perfect!!! House made gingerbeer.... also nice.... Prawn Kebab was on special when we went and this too was delicious!! Highly recommended if they have it when you visit. Iranian Owners..... lovely... friendly people... with great service! Prices in USD.... and no credit card accepted.... bt they do do bank transfers or cashish!!! Do visit... the food is cray cray!

Highly recomending the beef kebab 😋 but be careful with the spicy pepper sauce 😅 has a strong kick. Will be back to try other options which look very well as well!

Amazing kebabs, professionally made with attention to detail and presentation. It was delicious and tender, marinated to perfection. The setting is beautiful and the service very friendly and quick. The pickles, yoghurt with mint and cucumber, the accompanying garnishes are all just right to go with the kebab. Loved it!

What an amazing place to eat! We had lamb kebab, chicken kebab and falafels. Wonderful smoky flavours cooked on the grill, everything just melts in your mouth! And definitely different to all the other places in the south - they live up to their name. And the view... Breathtaking! Love the little bar area that overlooks the ocean. We will be back ❤

I strongly recommend this place. The most tasty meat in Sri-Lanka. I couldn’t imagine that beef can be so soft. One of the best dinners here for more than a month and surprisingly not lobster or fish but beef barbecue Find time to visit this place

Seriously delicious kebabs! The location is beautiful, right on the beach, staff is attentive, and the food is incredible. We went twice in our visit - once for takeaway lunch, and once to eat on location. We wish we had time to eat here again!

Perfect place with wonderful ocean view. The owners are so friendly, you will want to come here again! Beef kebab is juicy, the baked potatoes are delicious and seafood plate is full of fried octopus, prawns and calamari.

Absolute gem of a place! Friendly staff, beautiful views and the best kebabs we've had in a long time. The beef was tender, the chicken juicy and the falafel bowl tasty and filling. Everything was beautifully spiced. More people need to discover this wonderful spot!

Just Love the Food out here , Amazing Taste . Its managed by a Sweet Couple.. We ordered Beef Kabeb and Chicken Wings , we Loved them both .The Kabeb was yummm and juicy 👌🏻😍 Also ordered their Ginger beer ( non Alcoholic) was good too. Ambience was a Bit Okay.. But Food was worth it..💯 Will Definately Visit again

Oh my word.. the beef and chicken was mouth-watering!!! So, so good! And the staff were beyond welcoming and friendly. We got the chicken and the chef said we should have had the beef as its the best. He then gave us some to try for free. Extremely lovely and nice place to eat on the beach ⛱️

Visited Persian Kitchen a few weeks ago! We got the their pulled beef hummus, lamb kofta kebabs and I think a grilled prawn. Their food was amazing! Loved every dish! The pulled beef was perfectly seasoned. Can’t stop thinking about it! The lamb kofta tasted amazing with their spicy sauce and their prawns were cooked perfectly! Can’t wait to be back!

Excellent Persian food by the beach! I tried the koobideh (lamb) kebab, and it hit the spot! My wife had the chicken kebab, and that was great too. Friendly owner and staff as well.

We had such an amazing dinner here. My tourist friends said it was the best beef they've had in Sri Lanka. The baked potatoes were delicious. The hummus was so good we ordered a second and I scrapped the 1st bowl. Zohre & Pouyan are lovely hosts! The vegan option is amazing.

Cosy place with nice views facing the sea. Perfect for intimate casual dining. Or even with bunch of friends. Food it medium pricey but every bite was worth the price, AMAZING FOOD!!!. Limited menu but they perfect what they serve. Cocktails are very good too. And the serving staff attentive and friendly With meal and a cocktail. We spent about about 2,500++ pp. Overall very satisfied .

Patronized the restaurant on short notice. Food was fresh , flavourful and generous portions too. Kids enjoyed the seafood platter. The beef kebab was beautifully done with tender meat. Lamb kebab was way better than what I have tried in any other place middle east included. And the chicken kebab too was done perfectly. Hummus had a bit of a twisted flavor with the mustard. Best was the arrack and home made ginger beer which complimented the food. A must try for anyone heading down south for those late evening dinner outtings.
