Worst ever welcoming we received from a host. A few months back, we booked the whole property (accommodation) for 2 nights with an advance payment of 100k for our annual staff trip. They sent us a list of in-house rules and regulations together with the booking confirmation which is a good thing so we could adhere to them properly. On the day of check-in, we didn't even get a chance to approach the front desk, the owner was there and he started to give us a lecture. He repeated the same thing which brought us all a headache. "If you make a single noise after 10.30, I will call the police and drag you all out. I have done that many times" he was so rude and talked so highly of him while looking down on others. We felt so sorry for the general staff working there. They have done an amazing job from the very first inquiry we made, so we all had good thoughts about the place, but the host himself smashed all his staff's efforts into pieces during our first encounter with him. So we cancelled the whole booking, took a refund and moved to another place where we had a great time. Communicating in-house rules & regulations is a good thing, but as the host you must at least know how to talk and show respect to your guests. Those are basic human qualities and you are in the hospitality industry. At least learn something from your staff.

If anyone ask "Is it worth to stay here for a night ? " I would definitely say " It's worth every penny. I visited this place in the morning and from the start what I saw first was the pool. I mean it's not that much big but it is big 😅. My first impression was "This is incredible." This place is super stress free. On one side there is a view of a small mountain and on the other side with the view of paddy field. Not only the view, the rooms are so much clean and refreshing. Rooms are so cozy and comfy. To tell tou the truth, I almost slept for 12 hours straight there 😅. Room service is amazing. The dinning place is so much relaxed place. Their meal are tasty and so good. If there any questions just ask. I'm happy to share more information with you. 🙂 I'm 100% recommending this villa.

Very nice place for day outing with family or friends. It is not very far from the city Galle. Need to inform early to book this place. Not a very rush place. Lots of entertainments and activities. Swimming pool is the most attractive place in this hotel. Cool and calm rural environment. Delicious meals. Good service.

Absolute gem of a place for a day out with friends not recommended for families if they need privacy anyone could come here and enjoy the water games from 9-5 for 3500/- per person. Rooms are just 10k for a day for 7 Pax to comfortably sleep. Bumpy routes for the location but worth it. Excellent service and friendly staff. Welcome drinks/ lunch and an evening coffee included for the 3.5k u pay.

Worth for every penny. Food is tasty and nice welcome drink. Have adventurous water sports . Good facilities and supportive local staff. Manager is helpful and guide you whenever you needs. Things can improve : weekends lots of local crowed and not enough space at all. Safety gears are not enough to cater all team members and have to share. Overall good place and I definitely visit in weekday

ATTENTION!! It was a good place and we had unlimited fun. I would recommend it for family outings. However, everything was great except for one major issue!! They insisted Muslim ladies remove their scarves/hijabs, issues with the material. As a result, these ladies were not allowed to enter the pool. This situation was quite perplexing considering the variety of attire worn by other individuals, some even in t-shirts. This particular rule was truly unsettling for us. Apart from this, everything else was enjoyable

Had a visit with few friends on 12th August 2021. Overall good experience but it was crowded on that day and better if you can book it for weekdays (without long weekends) I guess. Price was 3000 per each and we had welcome drink, lunch buffet and evening coffee (can add at least a piece of cake for this 🙁). Lot of water activities can be done. They have two pools in their location too. Sanitary facilities could be improved further. We used highway and exited from pinnaduwa to arrive the location.

A well spent day. However it was a bit crowded as we went on a sunday. Welcome drink, lunch buffet with dessert and evening coffee/tea were served. Safety wise there were life guards but the quality of the helmets and life jackets were not up to the standard.

Very fair place. There is no loss for the money paid. Welcome drinks, lunch and all other adventure activities are paid once so there is no risk of extra expenses on entry.A great place for anyone to take a day break. Highly recommended.

A Fantastic Getaway - A Hidden Gem for Water Lovers! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible villa, and I can't say enough good things about it! If you're looking for the perfect destination for a relaxing vacation filled with water activities, this place is an absolute gem and undoubtedly the best in town.

I absolutely loved this place! We stayed with a group of 10 people for two nights and had an absolute blast, with barbeque, live music and pool party :) the rooms are very spacious and so comfortable and the whole place feels like a playground for adults, that will never get boring! I loved the surrounding area as well, with lots of birds and plants that the owner showed us on a nature walk - absolutely beautiful! And the staff has done everything possible to make sure we have a good time, they have done an incredible job :)

Good place, nice environment but very poor service. They always changed the food menu. Deliver something which never ordered. If they can improve on the customer care this place will be more popular

This resort is a water lover's paradise and there's something here for every aquatic adventurer. The water adventures had my adrenaline pumping, the food was an absolute culinary delight and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. It's an experience you'll treasure forever.

Great place to relax. We were a group of 4 and went there on a Saturday. The water based activities were awesome! They have 2 great pools in a scenic environment. Had a great time. Life guards were stationed at the 10 feet deep end the whole time we were utilizing the pool. Food was average. Have a separate building with changing rooms and bathrooms. Those were very clean. During the covid times, each pool is chlorinated twice a day. Bottom line is we had a great time. We will visit again. Best of luck ❤️

Awesome! One of the Best Affordable Villa In Southern Part of Sri Lanka! Special Thing is There some adventure challengers in Main Swimming Pool! Good Customer Service! If you all are staying all night! Rooms are Ok! And You will get a private pool ! But don't expect the high classy food! But it's good!!!!

Overall good. We stayed in night too. Enjoyed well in pool in the daytime. Staff was good. Meals were better. But, some lights and fans were not properly cleaned and they were full of cobwebs. Good place to gatherings for small groups. Please book before u are going if u plan to go in weekends.

Took a day package for kids and adults. Pleasantly surprised by the well maintained and will organized set up. Full of fun outdoor activities for the whole family makes this an ideal day out. Reasonably priced and appreciate the efficient service by the staff. Would love to go again! Life guard on duty was always alert and extremely helpful.

Lovely, beautiful, hospitable, delicious place. We spent there a lovely day, the owner of the property showed us around and told us about all the amazing plants, that grow on the territory. Pools are clean, we came with a baby, and enjoyed the pool on the lower terrace. But there is a great big pool with different kinds of entertainment equipment there, would our son be older, we’d have been there. We loved it so much there, that decided to stay over night. The owner treated us with the tea made from fresh tea leaves. It is a perfect runaway place for everyone, who wants to change the picture of marvellous ocean to Green endless rice fields.

I have been to this place three times now. I came here again on December 25, 2022. Ten people went there with me. They love ❤️ it too. This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to and the best place to enjoy it. And the activities to do are extremely fun. Outdoor activities, swimming pool activities create many new memories and also build one's self-confidence. And you can spend time freely. Being located in a beautiful clean environment is also worth it. Also, it is encouraging that they care about everyone's safety. Customer service is the best. You can get all that in one place. The best place for us to be happy with our friends is the leisure land villa in Galle. It is a place where you can go as you like and be happy. I recommend this place to all of you. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥👍👍

It was excellent and cool experience.. love the day because of the place. It was first time. Went with our friend gang. So fun. Full of pool activities and adventures. Worth for money you pay. It was a school trip. We are 41 people in total. We had informed the hotel only two days before our arrival. But the service was superb. Not only pool experience but also swing chairs near the field are superb experiences. There are adventure experiences. But they give special attention to safety. They had informed us beforehand how to be safe and there is also safeguards around.

Beautiful place, amazing people, we will definitely return. We came on a week day with our 5 children and we purchased a day pass. We have been so warmly welcomed by the manager, the location is just amazing it's like been in a jungle. The life guard was taking extra care of our little ones. We had a wonderful morning and the lovely staff cooked us a beautiful sri Lankan curry that was included on our day pass. I just want to thanks again that place for making such a great effort with tourists and their families. I recommend to visit this Paradise if you are in the region.

It was really peaceful and calm place to stay. The pool was good. We had good entertaining events at the pool. The staff was very friendly and gave a good customer care. Specially good care was taken by Mr Ranjith. So good place to visit again.

Visited a while back with friends and got to say, we had a very pleasent experience. The location was the Centerpoint as it was located in a very calm environment with great views overlooking paddy fields. There lot of activities to do as well. The rooms were also above par, and prices were very reasonable.

It's really nice place and atmosphere is really awesome. Its prices are reasonable to compare there services. Staff is with good manners and treat people good way. Highly recommended.

Leisure land is a perfect place to have a fun time. It was totally worth the price. If you want to make a memory it is the best place. Super friendly staff. . The little bit long ride from the town is worth. Tasty menu with vege exceptions as well. Highly recommend

A Real Superb Place For Enjoyment, Mostly Their Are Many Water Activities...An Unforgattable Travelling Place ❣

Can be a better place for the people nearby for a dayout. But not a place to stay the night. Rooms aren't clean/ not maintained well. Dinning area isn't clean & filled with dogs. The Staff concentrates mainly on the day packed personnel. My worst experience so far. Only plus point is the water slide. As the pool area is small there's a high possibility of the water sliders colliding with the people in the pool.

The Best place to enjoy the nature while having a great time in water. A quality experience so far. The staff is so helpful and careful when it comes to the activities that we performed in the park. And also the food is Superb. A must visit place.
