We had a lovely meal here last night May 2023. We ate inside as it was a bit chilly..The food was very good, mussels and swordfish main for my husband & courgette flowers with prawn tagliatelle for main course for myself. Service and price was good. We chatted to other lovely diners sat either side of us. English is very limited around this area and we do not seek Italian but everyone tries very hard & this restaurant has an English menu.

This food was sooooo goood. We loved every bit of it. Can not recommend highly enough. Serves were also very attentive. Thanks for a great dining experience :)

Spotted by chance, but had to book in advance for few days later - and it was totally worth it. Most memorable dishes for a good price, kind service, romantic street side setting. Puuurfect.

Very cute restaurant with friendly vibes with lovely staff! Excellent, rich food, with more and better options for vegetarians than is usual in in the region. From the crayon painted flag and the accompanying text on the menu, this seems an LGBT and women-friendly, respectful place. :) We felt very much at home and hope to come back! Highly recommended!

Small and cosy restaurant, only a few tables inside, but very good food, service, atmosphere, big portions, decent prices. The food was really amazing, my choices, but everything that came from that little kitchen looked wonderful. The staff was very nice and paid so much attention to the needs. The lime was almost done, and they brought another without asking. The towel was getting dirty, and they brought another, same just by looking around and seeing the people's needs. I was really impressed by this tiny place. I totally recommend it and hope to come again.

Le Garibaldine is a lovely restaurant in the city centre of Gallipoli, in a quiet little street. Not only are the platings and the cutletry really nice, but the food is amazing too. And on top of everything, it is also very affordable, the food was delivered quite fast. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Very tasty food and competently prepared from fresh products. We liked everything very much, despite the fact that I was doped by a pigeon three times =) I think this all points to the exit of bitcoin from the accumulation stage and the explosion of its price above 100 thousand dollars) The waiters were very friendly! The highlight of our trip in Puglia so far! Hidden down a cool side street with really friendly owners, the focus is on local specialities. We had fried anchovies (perfectly lightly fried), pomodori schiattarisciati (exceptional - tomatoes at a whole new level of taste), swordfish in breadcrumbs (best cooled piece of fish I’ve ever had - lovely and moist with beautifully seasoned crust) and orrechiette with tomatoes and burrata (just divine). Not very often I go to the lengths of translating a compliment on the food and chef! (il cibo era fenomenale, grazie. complimenti allo chef!). We’re aiming to return in a couple of days!

BEST pasta of my life! Amazing taste! Cozy and nice place, it's a MUST.

A place that offers amazing Tapas style Antipasti! All plates we had were with fresh and tasty ingredients. We ordered 5 plates and had a perfect meal, a mix of a surf and turf antipasti consisting of pomodorini scattarisciati, tonno su letto di burrata, misto salentino, sgombro marinato, and bruschetta salentina. Try their house white, it is so tasty, you can't go wrong. The family who owns the Garibaldine are lovely and welcoming, making us feel part of the family.

The location is perfect and the food very tasty !! Also , it was my boyfriends birthday and they brought us a small tiramisu with a candle on top to celebrate !! Totally recommend !!

Delicious pasta and fish. We tried the seafood pasta and the mix of fried seafood and fish platter and both were very tasty. We also enjoyed the house white wine very much and the staff are very friendly.

Went during a 4 night stay in Gallipoli and the first time was so good we went again. Great variety of dishes that respect the region. Food, service and value all great. Important to book, we saw many getting turned away.

Delicious, fresh and homey. Seafood pasta you should base your upper standards on. Definitley worth the money and time to wait (if you didn't make a reservation). Pasta with sundried tomatoes and burrata was amazing, and pasta gamberi was probably the best I've ever tried. Obviously cooked with love.

If you want to know what it means “homemade Italian cooking” you must book a table. Very busy place, few tables inside. Dishes & wine menus short but really local recipes. Tasty food and efficient service. Seafood Orecchiette are the best of the best. I like the colourful dinnerware !

The food was tasty and authentic. We arrived at around 9.30pm (late June 2021) and the place was packed, however the staff advised us to come back in 20 mins and a table was made available to us. The orecchiette with pomodoro, burrata and sun-dried tomatoes was excellent. The staff was busy, but attentive and we didn’t have to wait long.
