Incredibile tasty food! We arrived at this restaurant by mistake and where impressed by the food, staff and prices. All was at 10+! I recommend!

Terrible experience. We went for dinner in August 2020, with a group of 10 friends. None of us enjoyed his dish. Ingredients were not good, mot fresh. Moreover, the place is very noisy and you cannot hear each other.

This is a gem of a place, tucked into the beautiful, winding streets of Gallipoli, recommended to us by the receptionist at the Gallipoli Castle tour. We were not disappointed. The food was fresh and lightly, fried to perfection, at very reasonable prices. We tried six different plates, from the fried Sardines to the grilled prawns and we loved all of it. I highly recommend this place.

We thought this would be a more typical Gallipoli restaurant, not too big and a nice seafood menu. A couple were eating and the food looked good. We chose the octopus meatballs as we had never had them before and the mussels gratin. We usually photograph our meals so we can try cooking them at home but these plates didn't look appetizing enough. Some of the meatballs were 'mushier' than others so not sure if they were cooked properly. The mussels were the worst I have eaten in the 2 months being in Italy. The breadcrumb mix was soggy and squashed down in the shells, so I scooped it out to find overcooked, dark orange rubbery mussels. I ate a couple and shared some with my husband but they were not enjoyable. We then had mixed grilled seafood and purple Gallipoli shrimp. Both were tasty but very small portions served on plastic plates with nothing but a few strips of shredded lettuce. Bread was disappointing too...the half litre of local rose was very nice. Not sure if it was because we were 'tourists' as the other Italian couple seemed to be enjoying their mussels. All round, very disappointing and we were still hungry after the meal.

Authentic fish dishes, fresh, delicous. More than fair prices for food and drink. Lovely, just lovely

No white sparkling wine, ok, then rose. Pesce spada alla gallipoliana not available. Cartoccio removed from the menu, pity pity. (Sorry i ordered the shrimp by mistake, i remember cartoccio was the last second on the menu a few years ago maybe). The waiter offered coffee and discount kindly. But maybe still too early in the season. I do hope the classic dishes will come back on the menu. U know some people remember them after years and will come back for them after years. Good luck!

Perfect place to taste traditional seafood. Authentic atmosphere, friendly staff and quite open space.

A lovely little fish restaurant in the heart of the old town. We had very delicious, absolutely fresh sea food there. The waitress was really nice and the whole place had a friendly, charming atmosphere. ♥️👍

I was here twice. Delicious food in the very fair price! No coperto, free bread. Highly recommend!

Good food but small dish for gamberi viola Gallipoli.

We ate here twice. Once in the evening when we ordered antipasti di mare and a primo. Primo was nice but nothing special. The antipasti were delicious, we returned the following lunch time and ordered only antipasti, cozze, alici and antipasto Di mare. Would highly recommend antipasti. Quick service and very reasonably priced

Really nice and cozy place. We came here twice in the last couple of years and all the time we had a great time. The food is tasty and really nicely done. A couple of people from our Airbnb in Gallipoli said that one of the members of the family is a fisherman and this explain a lot! The prices are also really honest and you get really good food for what you pay. Recommend.

Best meal on our trip to Puglia. Fresh seafood and very good price. Staff are friendly and fast. Exceed our expectations. Will definitely come back if we are in Gallipoli again
