First,
I
would
like
to
say
that
I
try
to
avoid
leaving
negative
reviews
if
I
can
absolutely
help
it
as
it
has
a
significant
impact
on
businesses.
However,
this
one
is
necessary.
I’ll
start
with
the
positives
-
the
rooms
are
very
spacious
and
comfy
and
the
location
is
fantastic
for
exploring
Gallipoli
old
town.
The
hotel
also
help
pick
up
your
luggage
(and
the
individual
who
helped
us
was
very
friendly
and
obviously
working
really
hard
as
they
were
also
cleaning
rooms
that
day!).
However,
the
service
is
terrible,
if
not
non
existent.
On
arrival,
our
room
was
not
ready
and
we
had
to
wait
just
under
an
hour
for
it
(past
the
check
in
time)
despite
us
giving
them
over
2
hours
warning
of
our
arrival
time.
I
appreciate
things
may
happen
but
this
was
not
explained
to
us
(and
there
was
no
apology)
until
I
questioned
what
was
going
on.
On
our
first
full
day
our
room
was
not
cleaned
even
at
4pm
when
we
had
been
out
all
day
before
that.
We
then
tried
to
go
to
the
hotel
bar
in
the
evening,
which
said
it
opened
at
6pm.
By
quarter
past
6
the
bar
was
still
not
open
and
the
waiters
completely
ignored
us
(even
after
someone
who
worked
at
the
hotel
let
the
bartender
know
there
were
customers
here)
so
we
ended
up
walking
out
and
going
somewhere
else.
Breakfast
was
also
open
late
(although
service
was
ok
once
we
did
get
let
in).
Overall
service
is
poor
and
I
regret
to
say
I
would
100%
not
recommend.
