The staff was warm yet professional. The physical elements of the hotel were elegant and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. I will be definitely back. If they had to ask me for the best experience of that day, I would talk about this boat ride; as mentioned by the guide "you can't say you visited Gallipoli if you didn't admire these beauties that mother nature gave us". Fun guide, tour price and service was very good. it is an unforgettable experience. Thanks Mr. Nino for everything!

Terrible room and no spa. The room me and my girlfriend stayed in (Corallo) was so bad we complained and changed hotels. From 9pm to 1130pm all you can hear is the restaurant above dragging tables across the floor, moving dishes and plates between cupboards and people chatting on the stairs. All of which will keep you awake until around midnight, then it will starts again at 6am. When we booked online on the website, it showed a wellness centre with a list of spa treatments to book. There isn’t one at all, they have an ‘association’ with a local spa and the treatments are double the online cost. As it turns out, this is a regular complaint, as the website is deliberately deceiving. Despite this I’ve given the hotel 2 stars, as the restaurant was nice. Staff were pleasant and our fillet steak meals were excellent. It’s just a shame the rooms do not meet this standard. We were offered another room when we complained, but no compensation for our lost nights sleep. As the hotel did not have the spa described on the website we decided to book another hotel that does. Defiantly not worth the money. P.S. if after reading this you do still intend to stay here, request a north facing sea view, not the concrete rooftops we had. (See picture)

Hotel cancelled our booking prior to arrival and then asked for over double ti re-book the room. Appears to be a common occurrence. Would avoid booking in advance.

For the same price you have better hotels you have the bar or the kitchen above this room and we here the noise from the ceiling and from the door. Don’t take the 2nd floor room :) soundproof doors are not efficient. You hear all what’s happening in the corridor including vaccum cleaner The view of the bedroom is horrible. We can see the bins and an antenna on the balcony... The swimming pool is not a swimming pool because it's impossible to swim inside with this little size. In the photos it looks like a big swimming pool... More other the water is cold... The sport room is not good as well. It s not 5 stars hotel quality here...

Cancelled my booking without notice then demanded a much higher price for the room to reinstate my booking

Lovely boutique style hotel and simply outstanding service from arrival, through the stay and very helpful too. Location is great as out of the hustle and bustle if you want to relax, but under 10mins walk from Old town. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! Thanks again for an unforgettable stay!!!

On the main road of Gallipoli, it is possible to find this 5-star hotel, with a restaurant on the top floor. The view is just amazing, and the service as well. The waiters are really professional during the whole meal, really open to satisfy any need of the customer. The food is accurate in any detail, and it is possible to enjoy dishes with combination of tastes that are not that common. All the dishes are pricy compared to the local restaurants, but definitely matching with the quality of the service and the place // sulla via principale di Gallipoli è possibile trovare questo hotel con terrazza vista mare. Il servizio e la cura nei minimi dettagli sono assolutamente all'altezza del locale. I piatti sono ricercati, e la qualità sopperisce perfettamente ai prezzi un po' superiori alle media gallipolina. Decisamente il posto perfetto per una cena romantica e diversa dalle solite.

The quality of the food in this hotel makes a visit worthwhile. Genuinely the chef is extremely talented and the food creates an explosion of flavor. Quite special so you will not be disappointed. As to the hotel it is ok but not really everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. For example the shower in my room was very small and anyone slightly obese would have struggled. Also there was no laundry service available within the day so I was sent to the local launderette to do my own laundry. The ‘service’ mentality of the staff is a bit missing with the exception of one young lady on reception who speaks English perfectly and does a great job to understand the services needed. The hotel needs more like her. I suffered a few ants in my room and on my bed and this was described as a ‘small problem’. True in one sense but not another!
