Terrible
room
and
no
spa.
The
room
me
and
my
girlfriend
stayed
in
(Corallo)
was
so
bad
we
complained
and
changed
hotels.
From
9pm
to
1130pm
all
you
can
hear
is
the
restaurant
above
dragging
tables
across
the
floor,
moving
dishes
and
plates
between
cupboards
and
people
chatting
on
the
stairs.
All
of
which
will
keep
you
awake
until
around
midnight,
then
it
will
starts
again
at
6am.
When
we
booked
online
on
the
website,
it
showed
a
wellness
centre
with
a
list
of
spa
treatments
to
book.
There
isn’t
one
at
all,
they
have
an
‘association’
with
a
local
spa
and
the
treatments
are
double
the
online
cost.
As
it
turns
out,
this
is
a
regular
complaint,
as
the
website
is
deliberately
deceiving.
Despite
this
I’ve
given
the
hotel
2
stars,
as
the
restaurant
was
nice.
Staff
were
pleasant
and
our
fillet
steak
meals
were
excellent.
It’s
just
a
shame
the
rooms
do
not
meet
this
standard.
We
were
offered
another
room
when
we
complained,
but
no
compensation
for
our
lost
nights
sleep.
As
the
hotel
did
not
have
the
spa
described
on
the
website
we
decided
to
book
another
hotel
that
does.
Defiantly
not
worth
the
money.
P.S.
if
after
reading
this
you
do
still
intend
to
stay
here,
request
a
north
facing
sea
view,
not
the
concrete
rooftops
we
had.
