[TL;DR - +1 for Letting me stay despite no cats rule. -1 for leaving Refrigerator and Microwave unplugged.] Good Stuff: Room was fine, we got moved to a pet friendly room since I forgot to mention I had one until I got to the front desk. My bad. They allowed me in despite the fact that that they only allow dogs. That was nice đź‘Ť. But don't do what I did, I got lucky. If you've got a cat with you, go elsewhere. Bad Stuff: Not happy to find that the room didn't have it's appliances plugged in. In the evening I thought it was just the microwave, so no big deal. But in the morning I discovered that the fridge was also unplugged, leaving my wife's medication in danger of expiring. The dresser that everything was put inside was also very heavy, making it difficult to get behind to plug them back in. No idea why they were unplugged in the first place, but it would have been nice if that was found before I got there.

It is June 4. We are staying here for two nights, expecting what we’ve gotten at other Comfort Inns. Not the case. After being told that the spa and pool are out of order, there was no hot breakfast this morning. Supply shortages are what we were told about why there is no breakfast. I asked if there would be a hot breakfast the next day. Nope. IF WE HAD KNOWN THAT, WE WOULDN’T HAVE STAYED HERE. Rooms are semi-decent, but literally shake when you walk across the floor. WiFI sucks, and now we feel slightly deceived because we weren’t told there would be no hot breakfast for both days we’re staying here. And of course, the manager will not be in till we are gone. Currently, this hotel sucks!!!

Room was comfortable and breakfast included did give you some decent options. For the price, I wasn’t disappointed. Front desk staff was friendly but the gal taking care of the breakfast bar did not look happy to be there.

Not sure if this was specific to a pet friendly room, this was our encounter on a 1-night stay, never again. At check-in was told there would be a required $100 pet deposit, website did not mentioned this. Room was dated and smelly. Pulling back the bedding, long hair still on sheets and on the "clean" towels hanging. Excessive damages throughout the room, and mold in the showers. Room also had ants on the night stand. Lifting the lamp is where the family of ants lead down the back of the night stand.

We found this hotel to be an affordable little gem. Aretha and Ella Mae made it even more enjoyable. So clean. So friendly. We will definitely make it our stop on future travels.

The lady at the front desk was nice, luggage carts were dirty, and you have to take all valuables out of your car because of car robbery’s. Once we walked into our hotel with 2 queen beds one of them had stained sheets and the other had dirty pillows. Horrible TV quality as well. Dirty. Never staying here again.

Awful management! They charge a ridiculous $100 pet fee, so that combined with cleaning and taxes equate to well over the room fee itself. Front desk staff likes to torment little old ladies, while management doesn't even both to answer the phone. Save yourself the headache and drive another hr or two to a better town & hotel.

We were at this hotel on the 10th. The staff was notified about a toilet flushing problem. A plunger was brought to our room for me to use. The plunger needed to be used everytime the toilet needed to be glushed. There was also very LOUD train horn noises all night long. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

We rented 3 rooms this weekend. Called multiple times and were told over and over the pool and hot tub was open. We traveled with kids and this was entrainment for them. Got there and signs saying the pool was closed. We could of rented else where. Kids running up and down the hall ways all through the night. We arrived 10 am and was told check in was 3 . We were kicked out not even 24 hours after check in because of check out times. Horrible!!!!!!

I’m only giving this place a three, and that is because firstly the heater/air conditioning unit in the room protrudes and blows a very irritating stream of air, making any bed located beside it uncomfortable. The breakfast was quite typical for this kind of hotel with scrambled eggs and a kind of a meat, patty, breads, and others. What was unusual was that the breakfast room was incredibly small and what’s more they were two nice ladies, keeping everything tidy, but with him hovering around the counter, it was really hard to get to your food. We were told there was a kind of a conference room, or perhaps the old breakfast room that was available, but it was untidy with chairs stacked on top of the tables and the heating was not on. So some improvement in organization needed. I’m not sure about the heater or air conditioning units. They are just way too big.

Manager removed all furniture from lobby and made us wait one hour standing before she would check us in. The breakfast area was blocked off by trash cans indicating we could not sit and wait. Older gentleman with cane was also made to stand and wait. She refused to text us when our room was ready. She said she didn’t have that capability. Never apologized for the inconvenience. Gave incorrect key to access the room. Needed help from housekeeper.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels we ever stayed in. Kids smoking weed outside in the parking lot. Looks old and dirty inside. One night for 146$. Way over priced. Then they give us a room right by the door way. Doors slamming all night. No way to sleep here. We left before 4am in a storm and skipped their breakfast. That says it all… I never skipped free breakfast before.

There were left over dirty, crusty towels in the bathroom leading me to believe it hadn't been cleaned properly. The hotel manager, Shannon, was friendly; offering 500 hotel points or $11 back to my card..... The rest of the room seemed fine. Breakfast was the typical decent hotel food. I hope they do better at checking/cleaning the rooms after check out.

We were traveling through going home. Decided to stay, so we booked reservation online. The lady at the front desk was nice, the hotel looked clean and had a good smell (because that is a game changer if it stinks). We then go to our room, it looks older and I became concerned. But, when the air conditioner was COLD, very clean and then I took a shower and the water pressure was amazing. Thank you comfort Inn for a great stay!

Everything was good except I give it a one star. Because it advertises a hot tub and that's the main reason I stayed here. I feel like I was ripped off.
