Being a metal worker I just had to stop and see this and it was truly worth it.

This was a surprise. A beautiful xeriscaped park within a stone's throw of Interstate 40, but somehow calming despite the noise and dust. The metal sculptures are worth pondering. Especially the "meeting" sculpture, which speaks volumes with four simple words. This is something Gallup should be proud of, and many other towns should seek out as a model for their own community spaces.

Nice walking area. Trees look really dried out. They need watering so they we can all enjoy their shade.

This is such a neat park. Interactive sculptures encourage the imagination and the winding walking trail makes for a lovely walk.

I would have never imagined there were Croatians that migrated here. Calm small park with benches. Stayed on Gallup for a couple nights, walked to this site. Nice place to reflect, read, random sculptures to admire and a pretty bridge It’s not the prettiest of parks obviously but if your in town you might as well walk a little and get to know the place right ? I really liked the locomotive, amazing to reflect on how things were. Good for walking and running! No restrooms.
