Food was okay! Dinning room, restrooms were filthy! Customer service was absolutely terrible! The woman manager with curly hair looked at me probably 10 times and completely ignored me! There was nobody inside the store when we arrived, another patron said that the customer service in this restaurant is horrible!! When we were leaving, a customer that had ordered when I did was bringing back his uncooked chicken.

No ice no honey the sweet tea is really hot and the place is not clean and no menu so one star and the GRAVEY IS SPICEY and They got my order wrong💀 and I saw a Worker rubbing her eye And not washing her hand

The slowest drive thru restaurant I’ve ever been to. Waited 35 min to order and almost an hour to get the food. I saw lots of cars just left because of their service is extremely slow.

They are slowwwwww and out of nearly everything. Usually Popeyes is quick! It took over 20 minutes for my food to come out and there’s only 3 other people in here. There’s no blackened tenders, the only side available is max and cheese and they are out of forks/spoons! The soda fountain is out of half of the drink options and they don’t even have any tea. At least the food tastes decent once it came out….

Been sitting at the driveway for 30 minutes and there is 8 cars in line. Inside is closed even though it’s 2 hours before closing time. Workers were inside mopping but ignoring customers trying to get their attention inside. They won’t answer the phone either. Absolutely ridiculous.

As always, Popeyes delivers on flavor! I had a beach birthday party with my a Popeyes meal. Winner winner chicken dinner.

SHAME on the store owner for allowing an entire month to go by without fixing the AC and making those poor people have to work in that environment. At least take down the thermostat that is showing it's customers that it's 105⁰ inside. Who knows how hot it is behind the counter! Unreal!

The food was below par for Popeyes. The spicy wasn't, not even a little kick. Checked the website for hours, listed 11:00 for closing. Got there around 8, and the lobby was closed. Sign on the door said 9:30. Didn't get served on a Friday night. Went back the next day, and I was disappointed. If you like Popeyes, skip this location.

The young lady was pleasant, but my chicken was already in a box ready to go and cold. They said there was no ac working, but the chicken was cold and they had no sides available but fries and slaw. Waist of $60 on a 12pc and 24 nuggets.

They never Answered their phone but picked up the receiver then Laid their phone down so no one could call them. Dayanny was not only taking orders from her headset but she was running the cash register which made for a very poor ordering service for everyone. Food was ready quickly once you placed your order.

The place looks nasty. Outside, it looks like oil was spilled and never cleaned. Trash on the parking area. To be in a tourist area It Is A No No. There were like 6 people in the kitchen area, or, drive thru area, and they took forever to serve our food. What most bothered me is the uncleanness of the place.

Very slow service. I was waiting 15- 20 minutes All of them was looking like they don't know what they are doing. Bump in each other. Because cashier and the one who taking the drive thru order will take 1 order and then go and making that order. They didn't have iced sweet tea... C'mon people,we are in Texas... And the restaurant was looking dirty.
