Horrible location and horrible quantities. I ordered a footlong sandwich and the owner (in which is a very cheap and deceiving guy) who was helping me was very rude and didn't give me the proper proportions. First off, I EXPLICITLY told him that I wanted an Italian herb bread, he proceeded to give me white bread in which I didn't notice at first, then, I was ordering an egg and cheese sandwich and beside him being rude, he literally barely put cheese on it in which is extremely less than other subways. (I know this because it's literally the only thing that I order for breakfast when I travel, so I know their proportions). I politely asked him if he can put more and he just looked at me dead in the eyes and said that it was going to be extra. His quantity that he put didn't even measure to be 1/4 of an oz which is literally below their standards, then while I was ordering he was making himself a sandwich in which I understand that you need to multitask but he kept leaving and going to the back as I was ordering. When I was ordering the veggies, I asked him for olives and he literally put 4, FOUR SLICES of olives on a FOOTLONG, he accidentally put 5 at first but he took the "extra" one out. After seeing all of this I just wanted to leave because they were being really cheap. I will still go to OTHER subways because the all of the other ones have been great in quality and quantity, but this one will NEVER earn my business again. I never wish and things upon people because that's just a horrible thing to do but I really hope that subway looks into this matter.

First off I love subway. And I frequent all of them on the island. But the girl that I just delt with,a this location. Made me feel like I was bothering her at work. And she made me feel like. She was upset because I wanted a sandwich 🤷. Worse service every. The sandwich was still great. But she sucked

Absolutely the worst subway I have been too. Evening shift on 12 11 2020. The lady was super rude. all of our sandwiches were thrown together with no care. Had to ask for any veggies due to none being out this was at 7:30. Asked if they were closing soon she rudely responded no then if ored me as well as was texting some one on the phone the entire time.. will never return here

Very slow. These 2 workers couldn't keep up with the late lunch rush. Watched multiple people walk in and back out or got out of line because they were so slow.

Bad customer service, asked to change the subway cause he put onions and I did not ask for anions. After explaining to the guy that my girls refuse to eat it with onions he still refused to changed subway. I m desappointed with subway. Felt disrespected from the guy that works at this location because he said I told him to put onions but I did not tell him that. So he calls me a liar and I don’t need to lie. That’s why tumbs down for this store. I m Restaurant critic for 12 years and I don’t Recommend this place.

This place has the most miserable employees on the planet. Especially the Hispanic girl, feels like you are robbing her and let’s not forget about the 3 day old sandwich too.

Service was very poor and rude. I’ve come to this subway for almost 15 years for lunch, service had been good until today. Won’t be back.

Very slow employee(owner). They don't know how to make subway or roll pack.Waste of time. Penny savers. They love to give u without putting anything in subway. Save your time and money better to visit other subway.

Worst customer service ever! The manager was extremely rude. We will never be back to this location and I advise others to stay away too.

I visited around lunchtime, service was fast, food was fresh, bread was soft, store was clean.

When in to buy a foot long get a foot long free I got a meatball she got a roast beef would not let me use the coupon we will never go back area manager won't call me back

You're not THAT hungry. Eat somewhere else. Filthy. Food on the floor. The employees didn't know how to make a sandwich. Cross contaminating food items. It took forever. The ladies room was so gross I won't describe it. Just eat somewhere else.

Okay, for a subway, but kinda slow. One guy who can hardly hear and a cashier that can barely operate the cashier register....

I would have given half star if the option was available . The guy behind the counter is very rude . I was there with my family and the guy acted like some one is forcing him to work at this job . Terrible terrible experience . Would never come back to this location

Great lunch however staff is not aware that they should change their gloves as often as possible wash their hands in between changing gloves remember you sweat up under them gloves and when you change your gloves without washing your hands and we put more gloves on you fixing people food with sweaty nasty hands. Also staff would get upset with you when you ask him to change her clothes there needs to be more oversight and Federal Regulation of fast food establishments if Healthcare has establishment rules and regulations than fast food should have a standard food regulations

Very rude female employee. I think she's one of the assistant managers. I didn't get greeted when I walked in. Tuesday 12-21-21 @ 12:15 p.m, the lady that waited on me was very rude. She threw the roast beef meat and the cheese on the bread. Sje kept giving the 2 other female employees dirty looks. There are knats flying all over the place

Didn't know they got rid of my all time favorite roast beef. Looks like they replaced it with steak and cheese. The recommended way to put it together with Swiss, green pepper, and chipotle sauce makes it my new favorite. Great job subway.
