1, Don't chew out the man at the front desk. He is a nice guy. He's not the power behind this facade of a hotel. 2. Don't stay here. Spring for a bit nicer place. 3. Not good for kids. 4. The room. The advertised king is actually a queen. It's not a mattress per se but more of a bed roll as found in a caravan or travel trailer. No box spring. Stay clear of the bed frame. You will get cut. The bedding was clean. 5. There is a table and chair. Bring your own lamp. 6. There are only two over head bulbs in the room. At best. 7. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. 8. The bathroom. The towels are an 80 grit. The bath tub should have been retired in the 70s. Slippery when wet. Nice height shower head. 9. The commode. It's inches away from the corner of the sink. You will knock your head standing up. 10. Wear socks you can throw away. The floor is filthy. 11. Wall unit AC. It works it's self hard but if can get past th noise it get down to 75°. 12. Parking lot is small. 13. You can walk to the beach. 14. Great bar n grill across the street. Quiets down late. The hotel has potential but is far from there.

Would NOT recommend. Spent 500 on 2 days there and the bathroom soap holder was broken and could've been a terrible time if someone slipped and fell on it. The bathroom shower did have hot water but the tile was not clean in the grout, and the sheer curtain looked like it had been found in a 40 year old smokers house. The a.c. worked in our room but the curtains were so thin, that the huge bright light for the parking lot just burned through the window all night. There is only like 20 spots in the lot and was very terrible if you don't have a compact car. The guy running the place also made it a big deal that we asked for an extra pillow for our friend that had to sleep on the air mattress (carpet was sticky and gross) so I almost completely lost it here. Fair warning for all

If all you want is a comfortable bed and great air-conditioning then this is the place for you. Ice machine was broken, no drink or snack machine as advertised. Had to go ask for towels as there were none in the room. No lamps, clock or phone in the room. All in all, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the bed and air-conditioning.

I was reluctant to stay here at first because of all the bad reviewsBut it served the purpose for what we needed perfectly. We were barely there except to sleep and the room was clean.

The manager at the front is the kindest man Ive ever met. He is so sweet and understanding when things aren’t going the way they are supposed to. If you enjoy excellent customer service I would definitely recommend this place.

Lets be clear I would never try this hotel with these reviews. I just had to say thanks to all of the people that did write reviews about this place. I saw one response from the owner. Really, why not response to all of the terrible comments made about this place. THANKS again to all of those who warned me to not even try this place. I sure hope they respond to this post. I wonder if they have the nerve.

We should have taken the reservations here earlier in the day. Instead we waited and by the time decided which hotel to go with it was too late to book with them. They looked like very clean rooms for a motel. Staff was helpful and courteous.

If you want bed bugs this is the place for you. We walked in to the bathtub with mold. This place is so disgusting. We were there for not even 10mins and asked for a refund. The guy at the front desk is rude. He said we only get half our money back cuz we stayed longer then 5 mins. So we only got half our money back. I repeat dont go here

My family an I stay at the Beach tree hotel every time we make it to Galveston seaside it’s cheaper than most an walking distance from the beach we spend most of our vacation outdoors so a bed an shower is all we need the staff is very nice to us I recommend this hotel to all my friends an family!🥰 we love Galveston we travel down as often as possible 🥰

The only good thing about this place is the location total dump headed over the sheets the tub is nasty try to get a refund but it's not a refundable good thing my kids are always looking at the brighter side because it was pretty bad for 260$ 1 night

Checked in was given the key to the room and remote. I had trouble finding the room because the door was not numbered and looked like it would be a storage room. The inside of the room smelled horrid, the bathroom was disgusting as was the floor and bed. I checked right out and left.

I think we got the worse room in the place! We stay there every year for the rally, last year our room was kinda nice. Definitely not worth $180 a night though!

Best price motel on the island, great location clean rooms clean sheets clean bathrooms, management is friendly, great place to stay on a budget right across from the seawall

This little hotel was perfect for myself, my daughter and two boys. Not a upscale place, but owners are friendly, and helpful. Across the street an empty lot then cross seawall Rd. And walk down to beach. Who cares about little issues with the rooms, you only shower and sleep there. We had a wonderful first family vacation! Very AFFORDABLE AND LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION IS PERFECT!!!!❤️❤️❤️
