UPDATE: My friends and I are just leaving for the day. Had another great day at your pool. Spent hours lounging and listening to music. It was a little crowded and most of the people we spoke to don't actually live at your apartments. Funny thing is, no curtesy officer showed up and nobody from management bothered us or anyone else. Taking a star away for lying about that. We kind of assumed nobody would hire security to monitor a pool at an apartment complex. Sounded dubious at best. Hopefully it is still warm weather next month and we will be back again. Looking forward to it✌️Great pool! GREAT POOL if you are in Galveston and need one. My friends and I have been coming to Galveston for years since college. Usually, the hotel pools are nasty. So we were out one night and someone told us about this little gem. It's called the Broadwater Apartments. Management leaves around 3 or 4 on Saturdays and they are closed on Sundays. So, just to be safe, make sure you arrive when they are closed. There is a little parking in the main gate, but we had to go in through one of the back gates to find parking last time. Just wait at the gate for a few minutes until someone pulls up behind you and opens the gate with their opener or wait for someone to come out. Park anywhere along the fence. We parked near the gate to be closer to the pool. Just claim a section of the pool and it is yours for the day. Spread out your stuff so nobody takes your chairs or your part of the deck. Bring something to cook because the have a grill. It's great! Just chill and have a good time. Nobody is going to bother you. They keep the pool reeeeeal nice. They may even have warmers in the pool, because it was like bathwater when we went. They have a jacuzzi there too, but they had it shut down this time, I guess for cleaning, when we went. But that is real nice too if you are out drinking late at night and need a place to chill with your friends. Hopefully they have it working next month when we come back. I would give it five stars, but the pool was a little crowded this time around. Hopefully they do something about the number of people visiting in the future. In any case, I would highly recommend this location for anyone needing to cool off in the hot Galveston sun!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I'm a diehard apt. Lover the landscape is Beautiful and I just love my neighbors very friendly.. I love living on the Island and the location is perfect.. Shopping and Grocery stores even close to The Beach... Rose and Kristan are Great management Team. I also enjoy all the special events that are planned for us here.. Fruit Friday always some type of way showing appreciation to the residents here.. Keep up the Great work guys.. Update : I'm still here and I've been very Happy with the the entire Team that works here.. Very family friendly and pet friendly. The treats in the office is a nice Bonus. The maintenance Team is Timely and leave notes that they've been in your apt.. Rose is still here Love her smile and always helpful. The new manager is just as awesome 👌...

Hello I’m a new tenant here at the Broadwater Apartments at 6315 Central City Blvd. just wanted to say Rose was very very pleasant to deal with in the office every experience I had with her from first speaking to her on the phone to visiting the property and finally to collecting the keys to my new home. My unit came with a washer and dryer and I was able to meet the maintenance man when he came to install my washer and dryer he was very presentable visually and a very pleasant man over all and very respectful of myself my home and family. I know I’m new here but I’m very confident that I will continue to be very happy here at Broadwater Apartments.

We have been living in BW apartments in Galveston for about 4 years now. We love living in these apartments. Rose is very efficient with all the service request. The apartments are nice and the facility is kept clean at all times. It is closer to UTMB hospital, lots of resident physicians stay here. There is tons of parking available. It is a gated community so we feel safe living here with 2 kids. leasing office is always decorated based on festivities and always have foods/cookies/popcorn/coffee/computer. Swimming pool is open during summer time and very active environment. We like Rose alot and thats why we continue to live here. I especially appreciate that they accept our amazon packages we frequently order online for a safe delivery. Can't say enough good things about them!!!

I lived here from 2014-2017 and really liked it. They aren't the newest apartments in the area, but the staff and maintenance crews were GREAT, the apartments were very well maintained, and the their A/C units always did a great job keeping up with the Texas heat. The only reason I moved away was because my now-wife and I needed additional storage space after moving in together. We have genuinely missed how valuable the Broadwater staff made us feel and would recommend them to anyone moving to Galveston. Having experienced the Broadwater, Village by the Sea, and Club of the Isle, this place was definitely my favorite living space on the island.

We were just in the apartment leasing company last Friday with my husband as we are trying to secure our son’s apartment for Spring 2024 and would like to commend Michelle’s warm attitude. She did a lot of favors on one first encounter day with her. She waited for us as we were running late due to traffic condition. She was so straight forward and helped us with what we need. She definitely cares about the renters and take her job seriously. Thanks Michelle. You are an asset to the company. God bless you more!

I had lived here for 2 years during my time with Texas A&M at Galveston and I loved it! Before I signed a lease with them, I was still active duty in the Navy in Virginia and needed to find a place before moving to Galveston. When I called the office, Nancy the manager was so friendly! She was able to answer any questions I had and treated me as an existing resident way before I made it back to Texas. When I finally got out and made it there, it already felt like home. The apartment is gated and in a great location! It's right next to the seawall and I could walk just about anywhere to get around. The management was really good at knowing the lease details. Anytime I had a problem, they were able to accommodate professionally and in a timely manner. The office was easy to walk to and they also have a clubhouse party room that could be used when I had family over. I had pool view on the 2nd floor and it was really great to come home to. I would definitely recommend The Broadwater Apartments if needing a nice place to live in Galveston.

We have been working with Michelle and she has been very helpful in getting everything squared away and has attended to each question or need that has come up. We are pleased with how attentive things have been.
