We lived there when I first moved to the island. Barbara (the manager) is very helpful and understanding. She will do her best to get you in an apartment and is willing to work with you. Shes nice, and it's a good place to live, right next to the beach. Her leasing agent Jessica was our neighbor, very sweet women and will go out of her way for residents. We weren't a big fan of the apartments design, the kitchen would be much nicer if it were more opened up with the living room/dining area. The office serves free food on the holidays and the price isnt crazy high like most places on the Island. All in all we give it a 5

I have no complaints. I've lived here for over 5 years and given its located just one block from the beach, it's a very reasonably priced place to live. Management have treated me well. Happy to make my home here.

I've lived here for almost 2 years now. We love it. The staff is awesome and always ready to help. It's just me, my husband and my dog so our little one bedroom apartment is perfect for us. The maintenance crew is amazing. 10 outta 10, would recommend. Great place to live on the island.

I advise anyone looking to move here to stay far away as possible! They don't keep up with maintenance. The appliances are always breaking and all they do is a temporary fix. The ac is always going out. And they decide they can RAISE RENT whenever the hell they want even though their maintenance is literally trash!

Been here a month, the apartment had some existing problems that we had to fix/ clean ourselves. Overall I enjoy the location and the friendly staff that is always willing to help. I’ve noticed that many if not all tenants dislike the color of the walls. Things I wish they did~ Hard floor throughout would definitely save money in the long run rather than changing carpets every year. ~ tile would look amazing. Also a nice gray / blue/ or light green paint would be nice for the walls rather than the Tacky yellow/Beige/brown color. That’s all, thanks Brad and Jessica for your help !

I absolutely loved living at the Driftwood. It is so close to the beach and has a dog park which was important to me. There are also really good dog parks nearby. I lived here for two years and there were a couple of regular wear and tear things that happened (air conditioner went out) but they took care of it promptly and got me a new unit while supplying me with a portable unit in the meantime. Everyone there from maintenance to the office is very professional and friendly. The units and property are all well kept. If you are looking for a good place to call home I would recommend them!

Management and staff are on point will resolve an issue a tenant my have. Maintenance is on time and will fix what is broken. The apartment is nice and clean.

Great place to live. I have lived here almost 6 years. Extremely close to my work,just across the street. Jessica in the office is awesome and maintenance man is great. They spray for roaches all the time. No ROACHES at all. No mice or anything like that. Quiet place to live.
