I’ve lived here for about 3 months so far and love it! The location is great, the apartments are very nice, although I do have a renovated unit so I can speak for that. The ladies in the office are always so nice and the maintenance is awesome. The scenery is definitely beautiful. And I love all my neighbors! I don’t imagine I will be leaving this place anytime in the near future!

Lakeside at Campeche has new management that is awesome! They are doing some great interior and exterior renovations and upgrades to the apartments, the pools, and other fun outdoor activities like adding new grilling areas and building a dog park. I really love the size of my apt with a huge master bedroom and a balcony that's about the size of the smaller bedroom. Washer and dryer connections real bonus! Nice view of the lake and great neighbors! It's a great place to be! Adding pics of the new exterior paint and the model that was just finished. Love it!

We lived here for a year and if I could give 5 stars for the leasing office staff and the maintenance people, I would. But getting our deposit back was exceptionally aggravating. We cleaned and vacated the apartment ahead of the end of our lease and gave back the keys well ahead also. Two weeks after the end of our lease, I inquired as to when we might get our deposit back. It took multiple e-mails to different people to get our first check almost exactly 2 months after the end of our lease! And it was short nearly $80. It took another week of e-mails and excuses to get the balance sent to us.

Beautiful quiet apartment in a pristine part of Galveston. The complex is very clean and well taken care of. Bernadette and Juliana are awesome. They made the move in process as easy as possible, and are very kind and informative anytime I have a question or concern. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend these apartments!

Wonderful staff inside office and also great maintainance, Mr.Clemente is alway cordial and very amiable same as manager Miss Norma also always very attentive to all issues. Thank you guy for all the hard work that you ll do!

Amazing place to live. The staff and maintenance team are very attentive to all issues! The property manager is also doing a phenomenal job keeping up with the property. I definitely give this place a five star.

This is a very well kept, beautiful property, with a very great staff behind it all. The property is currently being painted and has never looked better. The new design gives off a ”beachey” at home feeling when you arrive.
