😠 I was just in with my 3year old. A Female Doctor was on duty at 7pm 2/4/23. The worst experience of my life with a doctor. So rude and on a power trip. This Doctor should not be allowed to practice. She was shouting and arguing scaring my 3 year old. She should be ashamed of herself. I’ll be making... People often mention doctor, service,

Terrible service. We rang at noon yesterday about a persistent cough my daughter had for a few days. The nurse rang back approx 2pm. After chatting to my daughter the nurse said the doctor would ring us in the evening as she felt she needed attention due to her asthma. All good so far but the doctor never rang back. What was the point in contacting them at all in the first place? I rang this morning at 8am to say I was disappointed with the service and was asked to send in a letter.

Don't bother. They wouldn't even let me speak to the doctor directly. Did nothing for me. Left me in fear and agony until I could contact my own GP on Monday morning. Turns out I needed 2 consultants, an MRI, and 4 different medications. When I asked them should I call an ambulance they said they didn't know...? Appalling way to treat a person.

Time between initial call and getting in to a doctor was less than hour. Very helpful and empathetic nurse called me back promptly and arranged an almost immediate appt. Yes, the first person I spoke to was quite abrupt but I put it down to being likely very busy.

The doctor was stressed and very very rude. I was very intimated. Felt like I was being told off.i couldn't ask questions as she bit my head off. Very rushed. I asked her why she was so cross. She was very angry with that. She said she was on her own all night until morning without a break. I got my diagnosis and am grateful for that but it was an awful experience. I know westdoc are busy and I don't expect all pleasantness and niecities. Just some respect.

Brought my child in today. We were treated like dirt by the doctor. Wasn't even busy and we were kept waiting for 50mins. When she finally brought us in she told me the child had a viral infection before she even examined her. My child has special needs and she didnt even try to be repectful of her condition. She was so disrespectful and ignorant and because her English wasn't the best she got thick with me for not understanding her. I will be reporting her. She was downright vile and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Never had this experience with westdoc before and I'm certainly not going to put up with this behaviour again. If she doesn't want to do her job she shouldn't be there!

This is a big joke. Rang on Saturday to make an appointment for my 4 years boy as he was having a high temperature and swallen tonsils, was told I'll receive a call later. After a while Dr. rings from No caller ID saying that he's gonna give him prescription for antibiotic...without seeing him all based on my words and previous visit to our GP. Jeez this can't be true.

I was waiting a little while to be seen for my 5 o’clock appointment but would have to say that when the doctor arrived, he was extremely pleasant and listened to my complaint and I was very happy with the diagnosis. Dr Eamon could not have done more for me.

In the few times I've attended this service I'm happy to say I've always received exceptional care. Sad to see so many poor reviews, but felt the need to share my experiences.

I’ll be making a discrimination complaint to the HSE and take legal proceedings. Never visit this doctor!

Rang westdoc on Saturday afternoon afternoon at 4 o clock was told there was a bit of a wait, at 6.30 the nurse who was very kind and empathetic rang me back and gave me some short term solutions and that she would pass me onto the dr 12 midnight the doctor returned the call. There is too much of a delay when your in distress with a sick child
