    I'm very happy with my program at Optima Strength, my workouts are sustainable but still challenging. I like the personalized approach and regular check-ins and look forward to seeing my progress in the coming months.

    I have been working with Lawrence Neal, an online personal trainer at Optima, for the past few months and I am blown away by the results I have achieved through his high intensity training program. Lawrence is a true professional and an expert in his field. He has tailored the program specifically to my needs and goals, and has provided constant support and encouragement throughout the process. The workouts are challenging, but with Lawrence's guidance and motivation, I have been able to push myself to new limits and see significant improvements in my strength and fitness. I highly recommend Lawrence and the team at Optima for anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level

    Excellent introductory workout and very thorough phone consultation. Coming from a place of both excess weight and physical injury, Lawrence was very reassuring and supportive and I am really looking forward to working under his tutelage and that of his colleague Nigel.

    Great experience training with Optima Strength. I had the pleasure of having Lawrence as my coach. Hugely knowledgeable and great personally too. Great care and attention paid to my programme, making adjustments along the way to get the most out of my training. I trained with Optima Strength remotely through the lockdowns and was still able to see great improvements with my strength and body composition - even with limited equipment available. Lawrence really helped with helping me to understand my body better so that I can train optimally. Can’t recommend Optima Strength enough. I just wish I lived closer so that I could workout at the studio!

    I was struggling to stay consistent with my workouts before joining Optima. The frequency of HIT training suits me as I can commit to the time each week. The equipment the lads in Optima have is excellent and perfect to be able to get the maximum out of my workouts without fear of injury. I am really starting to feel the benefits after a few months with increased muscular size and strength. Thanks Lawrence and Nigel.

    Before I began a weekly programme of strengthening exercise I felt my 59 year old body was getting weaker and was steadily declining. Doing the one to one training with a calm, knowledgeable instructor was a wake up for my body that it was still very capable of functioning well this had knock on positive effects with confidence in myself and a feeling of confidence in my body and my appearance. I would recommend this challenging but worthwhile programme you have nothing to lose and lots to gain.

    Really professional approach, Lawrence and his team took great care getting to know me and tailoring a workout around the equipment I have and my own needs as well as explaining their evidence based approach. The introductory workout was excellent, I got great instruction and support from my trainer. Would definitely recommend.

    Top class one to one personal strength training. Much more time efficient and effective than anything else I’ve tried. Trainers are very knowledgeable and informative. I’ve seen great improvements in my strength and body composition, and it’s reassuring to know that I’m getting multiple health as well as fitness benefits. I’d recommend Optima for anyone whether a complete beginner to strength training or someone who trains regularly.

    It had been years since I'd darkened the door of a gym and I'd never really done anything in the realm of one-to-one training. I was feeling sluggish and unmotivated and wanted to make a change, but also felt the time constraints associated with working and being a parent of young children. Training with Optima Strength was an eye opening experience compared to standard gym workouts I'd done in the past. After only a few weeks I noticed a marked increase in strength and body shape while training for a mere 30 minutes once a week. I made demonstrable gains on a weekly basis and the ability to look back and see how far I'd come, really drove me forward. The trainer I worked with provided excellent feedback during and after every session, which improved the effectiveness of subsequent workouts. I couldn't recommend Optima Strength highly enough.

    Before I started with Nigel I had not been to a gym in years.I needed to get fit and build my strength up. Also has improved my mental health. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself and will be keeping it up for the next few months.
