Arrived off the train at about half 9 ish so no where to have something to eat only here which is absolutely fine as we love supermacs but after being told to sit down and the food would be dropped over I had to go looking for it 10 minutes later to find it was actually sitting on the counter. When I brought it to the table I realised the chips were cold, inedible cold. I brought them back up to have them replaced and the young guy serving had no more interest in replacing them let along being there.

Thanks to the manager who fixed my order by adding bacon into my burgers with bare hands without washing them and claiming to use hand sanitiser before, which wasn't true because I could see him the whole time. That was a result of poor training, and as a result, the wrong order was taken, and I was overcharged what I understood only when I started to eat because I'm not a regular supermac's customer. It's such a shame because supermac's fast food is very popular and also delicious

Great place to eat and close to all the shops and not too far from Galway Bus station.

The food was incredible. The employees were very friendly, calm and patient. I will definitely recommend this place

Supermac's it is always great. The chicken is jucy, crispy and hot, as are the chips. Quick and nice service and the store was quite clean considering that was packed of people due the Galway race first day. It worth everytime go to Supermac's instead other fast food

I ate the chickenwings lunchbox, and lets just say it really wasnt only the wings..... i just think that you can do much better than that, really wouldnt recommend, the food looked so disgusting that i couldnt finish it. The staff were really nice though.

Tried the Bundee burger today. Delish. The disturbing thing is that there's a little piece of Bundee in each one and the more we eat the weaker he becomes. It's like some kind of steampunk hellscape.

Wide variety of Mexican food as well as traditional fast food favorites. Interestingly, it also has a healthy food bar where you can buy freshly made soups, salads and sandwiches. Good for a quick bite.

My family and I went into the Eyre Square restaurant on 31st Dec 23. We will start with the service. The man wasn't polite nor did he listen We asked for lettuce to be removed from a burger and a breast of chicken in the snack box. Neither were done. The chips were re heated, Taco fries not done right, a small spoon of taco and no cheese. Sausages burnt. Staff were rude again when we asked for forks as none were placed on the tray. We won't be back and we have told other to avoid as well.

Always a favourite spot. Lovely conversation with sanrita and abigail as I nipped in for hot choc on a blustery day. Was a pleasure to have a chat while waiting. Excellent service

Anytime I go to Supersmac,it being fine, but the last few weeks,I have went and I have ask for a strawberry 🍓 milk 🥛 shake,I am told,"Were sorry the machine is broken ",I find that hard to believe,but yet someone else can go and ask for an ice cream while I was waiting for my food, I have explained eventime I order my food,that I can not drink fizzy drinks,that's why I go for the milk shakes, now please please,I want something done about this, The staff are very friendly and I wouldn't have any bads words said to them,but please can something be done, please and thank you.

Super clean, great food and fast service. Even after a night out, the ques were fast The taco cheese fries are a must! Staff are so friendly too and actually look like they enjoy the job and want to be there, which is great to see

Food was good and generally our preferred option in comparison to McDonalds or Burger King. Staff was friendly and brought the food to our table once it was prepared. One problem though was that another 'customer' was vaping (indoors) 2 tables from us and nobody seemed to care. The other one was the state of the toilets. My daughter wouldn't go cause of the smell and the general state of them and the men's weren't much better either. Given how busy it was they could use with a more frequent cleaning.

First time ever actually having a Supermac’s and I was pleasantly surprised. I visited at possibly the worst time ever. (The pubs were closing) and it was very busy but the staff seemed to be serving everyone relatively quickly so I don’t feel like I was waiting that long. Ended up purchasing chicken tenders with chips. The chips were great, but the tenders seemed a bit dry and tough. I’ll give it another go sometime.

Workers were visibly stretched thin like everywhere lately. The workers at the ice cream/sandwich section were working very hard. From what I witnessed management needs to chill. As these employees were going as fast as they could during peak lunch rush, one manager asked for one employee to leave the line and clean something. It was so ridiculous at that time for such a request with heavy line-ups, I literally laughed and rolled my eyes with the employee after they left.

Ordered one Cheese Burger meal and one only Cheese Burger (so no meal) for take out and didn't get receive. When we opened bag we saw that there was one extra chips instead Cheese Burger. First and last time ordering there. Do not recommend! BIG FAIL!

It's an Irish institution especially after the pub or club. Great atmosphere and something to be experienced when visiting Ireland. The cooked breakfast and breakfast baguette is very tasty and the whole menu is good.

First had a chicken breast sandwich and it was fresh and very tasty and service was great. Then decided we'd have curry chips, different server. Totally all over the shop. Ended up with taco fries and curry chips, just took them because it took long enough and enough confusion. Saturday night is not the time to train staff

It is the most spacious and best laid-out of all the Papa John's/Supermacs outlets I have visited.

I’m allergic to vinegar (ketchup, burger sauce, etc) supermacs eyre square won’t make plain burgers chicken or beef a certain time. Ridiculous to be honest but sure they make a killing so they don’t care. #PatMcD

The star is for the service in Supersubs Supermacs Eyer Square. Not the sub which was devoured. Small young girl behind the super subs counter this evening just before 6 is pig ignorant. I mean in your face eye rolling pig ignorant, I couldn't believe it. Brown hair and glasses, quite small In height. If it wasn't for how good the sub was, and how starving I was, id have said I'll stick with papa johns or the normal supremacy counter from now on. The young blond girl was fine, but definitely picked up how unimpressed I was by the other one. I just wanted to pay and eat quickly. Judging by the smaller girls customer service etiquette, I doubt this is a first complaint she's had. Manners shouldn't have to be taught at this stage... Still, Sub was savage!

Staff members are incompetent and incredibly rude. We asked our server if we could split our bill and he could barely understand english and he just shrugged and stood there. He then walked away for several minutes and came back with a female worker. She passively agressively asked us what the problem was and we explained we wanted to pay half and half. She rudely asked us what we meant and we had to explain to this grown woman what splitting a bill meant and she then shouted “how am i supposed to do that” at us very aggressively several times. They then completely refused to split it. Terrible service, ruined my night

Unfortunately, today I ordered a chicken meal with potatoes for my children, and the chicken feathers were already there. This is evidence that the chicken was not clean, or even washed with vinegar

EVERYTIME I come to Supermac’s to enjoy my lunch break from work I always get greeted by Ryan with great laughs and big smiles and always has some madly entertaining story to tell me although it always gets cut short with other customers wanting to place orders I thoroughly enjoy my lunch breaks here 👍
