€5 minimum transaction for debit card. Seriously? Someone tell this place it's 2018. Contactless payment is in place in Ireland for what 3 years at this stage? Fast, convenient, cashless payment. I wonder have they heard of it? How much profit have they refused as a city centre business in 3 years? Laughable. Maybe they are secretly planning to introduce bartering instead. "I'll give you 6 free range eggs for a litre of unpasteurised goats milk," you know, goods exchange. Revolutionary geniuses. Anyway I took my €3.95 around the corner to a KIOSK in the train station that accepts modern methods of payment. Kiosk 1 Centra 0

Good selection of to-go foods, hot foods and canned craft beers.

Young women packed bacon, black and white puddings with fried eggs in one bag. At my question why she did it, I heard that I should say that I want them separate. Standing behind me, a regular customer, familiar with the service ,said that in the stomach everything is mixed up like this that,so there is no point to separate the food. Well different people have different habits. I think someone should check how this place works, especially after so many bad customer reviews. What is the difference between a Galway cent and a Dublin center?

Ive bought a carton of mooju chocolate milk on three occasions recently and its been sour on all three. Your either leaving your mooju for too long unloaded before putting it in a fridge or your fridge is broken but come on 3/3 times on sour milk is ridicolous. Lines and queues don't seem to exist in this shop anymore either. In here 5-7 days a week and every week atleast once I'm standing in the line and someone walks in off the street and jumps the line and gets served and staff never say or do anything to deny them or inform them that there is in fact a line of people behind them

I bought a bottle of ginger ale soda and they charged me the price of a brand bottle. I didn't see I got the budget brand until I got back to the hotel. The budget bottles are mixed with the brand bottles so be careful if you buy something here!

Absolute pleasure going in there . Staff , amazing . Especially the young British fella. Customer service skills are excellent , such a tidy , clean and fast service . Couldn’t help anymore if they tried . They pack my bags every time I’m in there without even asking. The prices are a bit high but doesn’t bother me when I get great service in return. Support small and local !!!

Bought sandwiches from the deli. Staff were nice but there was a large clump of cling film/plastic left in one of our sandwiches. Could have been dangerous, would not recommend

€5 minimum spend for contactless, which defeats the purpose of contactless. Plenty of of staff and yet there are still long ques at the cashier. Coffee machine needs to be calibrated properly because your large coffee can easily fit in the regular cup. Shop is a rip off.
