I
was
home
from
NYC
for
the
month
of
Dec
and
was
looking
for
someone
to
help
keep
me
accountable
to
my
fitness
goals
over
the
Christmas.
I
had
turned
into
a
workaholic
and
was
sitting
at
my
desk
for
at
least
12
hours/day.
My
hips,
shoulders,
and
back
were
tense
and
I
was
carrying
a
lot
of
stress
in
my
shoulders.
I
originally
reached
out
to
Don
inquiring
about
group
classes,
but
I
decided
to
train
with
him
privately
3
times
a
week.
Before
I
arrived
home,
Don
emailed
me
a
list
of
questions
about
what
I
wanted
to
achieve
in
the
short
time
that
we
would
be
working
together.
I
impressed
by
this
cause
it
showed
he
wanted
to
make
the
best
use
of
our
time
and
he
wanted
to
make
sure
that
I
was
going
to
see
results,
fast.
When
I
first
met
Don,
he
had
an
action
plan
ready
and
knew
exactly
the
type
of
workouts
I
was
going
to
do
over
the
3
week
period.
He
also
incorporated
a
lot
of
stretches
for
my
posture
and
to
improve
my
flexibility
to
reverse
some
of
the
inflammation
and
tension
caused
by
sitting
for
long
periods
of
time.
After
the
first
week
with
Don,
I
could
feel
major
changes
in
my
back
and
shoulders
and
I
could
also
feel
my
body
start
to
get
stronger.
By
the
end
of
the
3
weeks
I
had
got
into
a
routine
of
working
out
so
that
when
I
came
back
stateside,
my
body
was
stronger
and
I
was
able
to
slide
into
a
regular
workout
schedule.
Don
even
took
it
one
step
further
by
emailing
me
videos
of
stretches
I
can
do
in
my
office
without
even
going
to
the
gym.
Don
is
great,
he
listens
to
your
needs
and
then
helps
you
reach
your
goals!
I
highly
recommend
booking
some
sessions
with
Don!
