    I first joined Don's class about 8 years ago. Excellent classes! There is a place for everyone, all levels of fitness and you work out at your own pace. Don has lots of variety in his classes so it's never boring. He also listens and provides lots of encouragement. He ensures everything is done safely and correctly.Β  A fantastic bunch of people attend the classes and I'm looking forward to getting back to classes and seeing everyone soon πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯Š

    Don is a top coach. I have trained with him for years Thai boxing. He always made me feel like the gym was my second home. He has been an inspiration to many people but really changed my life for the better. If you are dedicated enough you will see fast effective results both physically and mentally. He is reasonable price for his amazing talent and the hours he puts in at home before conk g into the gym. I would highly recommend Don as your new coach πŸ‘πŸ™Œ

    Been going to Dons’ Muay Thai classes on and off for about 4 years now. Joining OMTC was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Doing Muay Thai has benefited me both physically & mentally and is certainly a lot more fun than going to a regular gym in my opinion. Dons coaching is second to none, and without a doubt will get you to achieve your goals. That being fitness or competition. Unreal coach πŸ‘

    Best place I have ever trained and Don the best coach I have ever had. All classes are fun and varied each week whilst being super effective to achieve whatever your goal may be. Classes cater for all ages and fitness levels and there is a great friendly environment in the gym! Don offers a variety of classes so you will never get bored.

    I was 2 months into Boxfit with Don and about to start into my 3rd month before lockdown 3.0 hitπŸ™ˆ ...cannot wait to get back , such a brilliant high intensity class. Don is very professional and it is very obvious he has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to boxing along with a huge passion for his job. I have learnt so much already and have a feeling it will get addictive!! I love training in general, I do a lot of weight training but this is a complete different level of fitness training, a challenging class with a guaranteed calorie burn and great fun at the same time. Along with unbelievable valueπŸ‘Œ Highly reccomend and cant wait to get back into it πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

    Have been training with Don in the Boxfit class for the last 3 years & would highly recommend. Each & every class is different while structured varying between punchbag workouts, core work, padwork, circuits, kettlebells & more. Don puts great emphasis on getting the technique right & getting everyone motivated. My fitness has greatly improved & each class caters for all fitness types, from beginners to more advanced while all are getting a great workout.

    I've been training the box fit classes now for 5 weeks solid, having not trained for near on 9 months I was apprehensive especially with all the weight gain through covid. 5 weeks on and I'm 15lbs lighter and fitter, the classes have helped my overall fitness and my running times are improving weekly, I never thought I'd do 5k in 26 minutes a year ago!. The results are insane I would highly recommend anyone of any level to sign up you won't regret it. Thank you Don for the motivation and amazing results.

    I have being training with Don for the past two years and started his S&C course back in January. I was apprehensive to start as I had a lower back injury and I thought lifting weights would aggravate it. The class started with a big emphasis on mobility, correct technique and building a strong foundation. This kept my body feeling strong and injury free. Within two months I could see a massive difference. Not only have I gotten stronger but my speed and muscular endurance has noticeably improved ! Since lockdown I’ve continued training with Don from home using videos and getting feedback. I highly recommend this S&C course for any athletes or sports people looking to take their game to the next level. Thanks Don πŸ’ͺ🏻

    I started Don's boxfit class in sept and can say I've never worked has hard in my life but after every class I feel invigorated. The classes are mixed with a very friendly atmosphere and each class is varied between boxing, hiit, kettlebells and circuit training. Don is the ultimate professional and takes his time with beginners to show them the correct techniques so the can get the most out of each excercise and so they avoid any injury. I went to the gym on and off for years but since starting with Don I cancelled my membership as 2/3 nights a week with Don will have you achieving goals you wont achieve on your own in a gym. Don's classes are perfect for all levels of fitness as you are encouraged to go at your own pace but Don will push you so you get the most out of each class.

    I've been attending Don's box fit and strength and conditioning classes for the past 8 months. Don is a great coach with a huge knowledge in all aspects of fitness training. The boxercise classes are a great cardio workout. Don fosters a great environment of encouragement and learning in the correct ways to train. The strength and conditioning classes are very rewarding for all levels of fitness. Focusing on kettlebells and weights, Don takes the time to coach the correct techniques which delivers tangible results and measurable progression.     I was home from NYC for the month of Dec and was looking for someone to help keep me accountable to my fitness goals over the Christmas. I had turned into a workaholic and was sitting at my desk for at least 12 hours/day. My hips, shoulders, and back were tense and I was carrying a lot of stress in my shoulders. I originally reached out to Don inquiring about group classes, but I decided to train with him privately 3 times a week. Before I arrived home, Don emailed me a list of questions about what I wanted to achieve in the short time that we would be working together. I impressed by this cause it showed he wanted to make the best use of our time and he wanted to make sure that I was going to see results, fast. When I first met Don, he had an action plan ready and knew exactly the type of workouts I was going to do over the 3 week period. He also incorporated a lot of stretches for my posture and to improve my flexibility to reverse some of the inflammation and tension caused by sitting for long periods of time. After the first week with Don, I could feel major changes in my back and shoulders and I could also feel my body start to get stronger. By the end of the 3 weeks I had got into a routine of working out so that when I came back stateside, my body was stronger and I was able to slide into a regular workout schedule. Don even took it one step further by emailing me videos of stretches I can do in my office without even going to the gym. Don is great, he listens to your needs and then helps you reach your goals! I highly recommend booking some sessions with Don!

    I am 5 months Into Dons S&C course and I could not be happier with the results !! I started with no knowledge of weight training and didn't know what to expect. From the start you can see Don is passionate about what he does and this makes learning easy. Since lockdown I have continued training online with Don and I am in the best shape of my life despite comfort eating from time to time πŸ˜‚. Highly recommend for any beginners looking to get in shape. 😁
