The man who works here is SO knowledgeable! He gave me so many tips to help me with our new puppy, cleared all my doubts and gave me lots of great advice and was super cool about it! Super happy with it

I was recently in pet world in Briarhill with my puppy who’d just been vaxxed at the vets on the other side. While in the shop my puppy had a small reaction and passed out. The girl in the shop, who’s name I never got but had green hair jumped into action, she came to check on us then went to the vets to let them know what had happened and find out what I should do. She alerted her manager as well and they let me out the back to go the fastest way to the vets. Thankfully all was ok with my puppy and he just had a wobble but I just want to let that girl know how helpful she was for me in that scary situation! Thank you for your help!! When I came back to pay for my bits while my dog was being held for observation in the vets she was so kind and gave us a little bag of treats for him too! A great team working in this shop and genuinely lovely people!

Lovely clean and tidy shop with loads of free parking right outside the door. Great range of products for all types of pets. Everything is priced and makes it very easy to shop. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a point system and a loyalty card for buying dog food, which is great. It's definitely a one-stop shop for all your pet needs.

The most knowledgeable staff with regards to fish and tanks I have ever seen . The man really knows he's stuff . Other staff are nice and friendly and very helpful

Met Richard today and the guy is a total gent . I have watched so many videos on YouTube about fish tank maintenance and after meeting Richard I now know a lot more that I already did . The guy went over and above to help me . He’s a very caring guy about pets and has a genuine interest in helping the customers . Very happy with the service from him. Great store .
