Must visit place for pet owners. Many different dog food, special bites, a wide selection of aquariums, decorations, bird feeders, etc. Very friendly crew! The real stars are the: meerkats 😊

I just paid e26 for a bag of layers pellets, its 14 or 16 anywhere else. I would have left them but I was stuck for them. Absolute rip off, first and last time in this store .

They have this cute animal in the shop. Thus is the main attraction to visit the shop. Also, they have huge variety of pet food,toys, and other stuff. Really useful and must visit shop in Galway

Met Eoin upstairs and he was a great help to myself and my son getting our first family aquarium. He was knowledgeable and very polite. He was great and funny with my little man too so I will definitely give them the repeat business.

It's a nice and really friendly pet store, especially because of the staff. But if you are looking for good prices, just order from Amazon, it's half the price, unless you want to support the local business or you're getting pet food or looking at pets (which there aren't many, but more are available on request)

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had a good experience the few times I have been here. Last time I bought to dog cottages (cages) very easy to set up and reasonable price.

I have only visited once and I'm assuming it's due to the pandemic but there was no pets available to look at or buy, only the odd rabbit or hamster. Nice selection of treats for your common domestic pets; dogs, cats, rabbits etc. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I do enjoy the meerkat enclosure!

The staff are so friendly We brought in our new puppy and they had fun guessing the breed as he is mixed! My daughter loved showing the staff his tricks and they also tried and gave him treats from behind the counter They were very informative about food and crates

The staff here are super knowledgeable and well trained, and really seem to like their jobs. There's clearly a strong emphasis on customer service culture. Not sure that it's the cheapest place around, and they could probably use a couple of extra tills, but it's still a great place to shop. It's the kind of place pet lovers would go even if they didn't need to buy anything!

I can't credit Petworld enough. I visited today and bought a new fish aquarium. Devin was so helpful. Assisting me in my many many queries regards upgrading and moving my fish into a larger tank. Great selection of aquariums too but it was the excellent service and treatment I received stood out about all else. I have found my new Pet store even if I do have to travel from Mayo to Galway to get to it. Absolutely worth it! Thank you Petworld
