I placed an order for a Claddagh ring in April of 2017, never received the ring (it's now October, 2017), they charged my credit card 223 Euros and will NOT respond to emails and phone calls. Very frustrating. I've reported them to the Galway Tourist Authority. I received a very nice phone call from Aideen late last week. They found my lost order and are shipping the ring this Friday. Thanks.

The gentleman who helped us was very nice, and he knew lots about the rings and the business. Not overly pushy, and he gave us some tourist tips as well. We purchased a traditional women’s ring with the birth gemstone, and found the price and the quality to be the best of all the places on Quay Street/the Latin Quarter.

Wonderful shop in Galway! The owner was so kind and truly enjoyed helping her customers and sharing the stories of her jewelry and of the history of Galway! If you need to pick up some souvenirs, this should be your first stop! I purchased the most beautiful silver Celtic knot ring here that I will treasure for years to come. I also plan to reach out to see if they can ship to the US, as I would like to get my family’s Christmas gifts here as well.

We scouted every Claddagh store we could find in Galway to find a birthday gift for our daughter, and this was hands down the best. I always enjoy coming to this store when I’m in Ireland and the owner is so friendly. I also enjoy their custom pieces of jewelry especially the Wild Atlantic piece. I wish they had a website I could order from. I was disappointed to see their website is down. Hopefully they get it back up so I can order in time for Christmas.

This store has been wonderfully helpful. After a small clerical error that ended up with my getting the wrong item. Aideen from the store found the issue and sent me the correct item as soon as they could (after a small delay due to Covid shutting down the shop for a little bit). Aideen responded quickly and in a helpful manner. Such a wonderful store!

Always a pleasure to drop in and see Aideen when we are in Galway. I purchased to Galway ring for my husband and he loves it. A few years ago we purchased a gold claddagh ring with a pave set heart that my local jeweler calls the tank because it is built so well! Nothing but quality here!

Unfortunately, I never received an item I ordered, nor could I get in contact with anyone at the store for a month+ after ordering. Their website was taken down the day after I placed my order, so I am pretty frustrated. It looked like a great store, but they must be having some problems. I'd like to see them get going again, or at least see the ring I ordered...
