I have been a patient of Professor Kelly for the past four years. My experience has always and ever been so positive. The reason being that Professor Kelly is always so professional, diligent, reassuring, dedicated and such an expert in his field as a skin specialist. I require annual mole mapping having had a melanoma in the past. There is always the fear of another melanoma due to my countless moles but I feel so secure under the wonderful care of Professor Kelly due to his years of experience and wonderful expertise, that my fear is much less. His wonderful office staff are always so welcoming, accommodating and helpful, and although they are extremely professional, it never feels as if you are attending a medical appointment because of their holistic approach.

Its a pleasure to Highly recommend Professor Jack Kelly & his team including his lovely secretary Mary. He is an excellent surgeon that puts you totally at ease. Having had several lesion's removed over the years Dr Kelly's attention to detail is second to none. You are informed fully of the procedure and any aftercare is explained thoroughly. Dr Kelly is always able to relax a very nervous patient ( that's another skill in itself!) You are in good hands here, that's for Sure.

I had a wonderful experience for my skin consultation with Petrina, she was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very relaxed with her as she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The advice and information on treatments and my new skincare products were explained very well and easy to understand. Having had the Hydrafacial which was fabulous and I’d already taken onboard her advice for a new approach to my home skincare routine with my new products my skin is already glowing. I am after my first ever visit to the Kelly Clinic and to be honest I was extremely happy with the care and attention I received there, both by Professor Kelly himself and also by his assistant who carried the first stage of my mole mapping procedure. Both were extremely kind, sincere, and friendly in their approach. Mr Kelly himself was very open, explained everything really well and address all of my concerns in a professional yet sympathetic manner. He had a lovely way about him, putting me at ease during my full visit. I had spent a lot of time in under the sun in my youth and attended the clinic because I was very concerned about some dark moles and skin lesions that appeared in recent times. I had done a lot of googling before going to see him, but learned a lot more about the risks of melanoma and factors associated with it in five minutes with him than hours spend on google. I felt, I was examined really well and would not hesitate in recommending the Clinic for a second. Personally, will be without a doubt attending professor Kelly's clinic for regular checking from this point onward.

I have just completed my first session of lazer tattoo removal. The staff are very informative, communicative and quick to help you book your procedures! The process is comfortable and very quick! I received a gift voucher, which was a great idea to get someone started on the process of removing old tattoos. Defo recommended.

Had 2 recent visits to the Kelly clinic and both wonderful. On my first visit I had a session with Irene which as usual was fantastic. I had laser treatment and instantly seen my red veins vanish. My second visit was with Dr Balakrishnan he was excellent went through my options the end result was fantastic.

We had a very good experience at the Kelly Clinic. We saw Dr Theo, who was kind, chilled and professional. He is very knowledgeable on sun exposure, he has experience in both the northern and southern hemisphere regarding the sun intensity. As we are older adults who now have to deal with a lot of issues due to sun exposure in South Africa, we are eternally grateful to have met this professional and cannot recommend him enough. He guided us through everything with our medical insurance too. I cannot fault this service in any way. Fair play Theo. Our experience has been exceptional.

I’m grateful someone referred me to The Kelly Clinic. I’ve been treated by Dr Kelly for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. He administered a cortisone shot in the wrist twice, both times painless due to his unique technique. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to patient concerns. The injection gave relief for several months. In some cases this may be all the treatment needed. Unfortunately I have severe CTS so will require surgery. I’m feeling confident though as Dr Kelly is an experienced hand surgeon.

I visited the Kelly Clinic last year and subsequently had a procedure performed on my forehead. From start to finish my experience was nothing short of exceptional. All reception staff are friendly, warm and welcoming and are so helpful. Dr.Theo performed my procedure and is an angel on earth. His relaxed, friendly disposition put me at ease during my initial consultation, right before my procedure and in theatre. As the procedure was on my face, I was worried about scarring however Dr.Theo promised me that my scar would be minimal and I can safely say a full year on that he was true to his word. I went in for a consultation and found it a very pleasant, relaxed and informative experience. Dr. Kelly is friendly and professional. I felt at ease and not in the slightest bit rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain everything in detail while showing me pictures of before and after surgery, should I decide to go ahead with it. He explained how long I would be out of action for and also that I did not need to get the surgery immediately(although I could do so if that is what I wanted), but that I could wait a few year and see how it progresses and have it done then. I would highly recommend.

Had my first laser resurfacing session with Irene yesterday . Having previously explained the process clearly, patch test done 3 weeks ago, Irene went through the process again before we started the session. The process took approximately 50 minutes, Irene checking with me along the way. I felt really relaxed during the whole session. I went away with clear instructions for after care. Day 2 and I am excited to see how my skin responds- very pleased so far. I can’t wait to return for my next session in 6 weeks time! As always meeting a Consultant can be a little daunting but Mr. Kelly made me feel very comfortable and considering it was a late evening appointment it was not rushed, he was very informative and I felt very comfortable asking any questions which in turn got very Frank and informed answers. Smooth and shiny face, minimal discomfort (very mild stinging during 1 or 2 steps, completely tolerable), using medical grade products and care. Plenty paid parking (with card) on site. I have been attending Prof Jack Kelly since 2021 for mole mapping. Recently, I had my second-mole mapping carried out, and I was given the excellent and reassuring news that there was no change in any of my moles. When I had my initial mapping carried out in 2021, I was nervous as, in my twenties, I was not vigilant in using sunscreen. During this time, I also lived in Australia and was exposed to the sun on a daily basis. Prof Kelly was able to compare images taken in 2021 with images taken this week, which showed no changes in my moles. It was such a relief to get this news, and Prof Kelly explained and reassured me that all moles were normal. He informed me that I did not need to return for three to four years unless I noticed anything that concerned me. The entire process, from having the images taken to the consultation with Prof Kelly afterwards, took forty minutes. As I work during the day, his secretary accommodated me with an evening appointment so I didn’t have to leave work. Prof Kelly also injected my brother's forearm when he had pain from carpal tunnel, and he received great relief and required no further treatment. All staff are a pleasure to deal with, and the atmosphere is relaxed and extremely comfortable.

I got appointment very quickly after my GP referral, despite the fact, that in the meantime, we had Christmas and New Year. I got a Reminder by text and email day prior to my appointment. Receptionist / Secretary was so pleasant on my arrival. I was seen very close to my allocated time by Professor Jack Kelly. He was so pleasant and good humoured. He explained everything about my procedure to me and was not in any rush which put me totally at ease and instilled great confidence in him. He accommodated me time wise for my next procedure.
