I must say that the first session was exceptional in all aspects. I felt like I made an excellent choice with a high level of quality. However, I was quite disappointed with the second and third sessions. The quality was significantly lower, and not all areas were adequately covered, resulting in minimal results. I was considering complaining after the third session but was unable to do so as I was out of the country. To my surprise, the fourth session was outstanding, and the service was of high quality, contrary to my expectations. I feel disappointed and frustrated about the inconsistency in your standards, indicating that they are not as reliable as you claim and seem to rely on the technician's mood. This experience has left me feeling let down, wasted time, and money on the second and third sessions. If anything, it indicates that your standards are not consistently upheld as promised. I had planned to continue my sessions with you, but after this, I don't feel confident in your reliability. If anyone asks me about your clinic, I will honestly advise them not to go to avoid wasting their time and money.

I have always had a positive experience in the Galway clinic! So far I have had Ada, Megan, and Jade for treatments and cannot fault them, they are so professional and knowledgeable. Heather and the ladies at the front of house are always so welcoming and efficient also! Great clinic! Can’t wait for my next session :)

I’ve had three sessions there so far and all have been so so good. I was very nervous for my first session but the ladies in there made me feel so comfortable. Everyone in there is absolutely lovely, super helpful and welcoming :)

I recently completed a series of ten laser hair removal sessions at Therapie Clinic Galway for my lip and chin. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. After the first 7 months my hair growth actually worsened. I requested a review and it was discovered that the settings had been too low since the beginning. My therapist was changed (who was absolutely brilliant and a lovely girl!), and the settings were finally adjusted after which I could actually see some results. Of course the previous sessions had been wasted, so I reached out to customer service to resolve this and get some sessions added to my treatment. The clinic said I need to ask customer service, the customer service said I need to ask the clinic. No responsibility taken. I will not go back to this clinic and gladly pay more for my treatments for them to be effective, but even more to be taken seriously and with respect. Edit: Dear Alison, thank you for your reply. As you can see from the text above I have already been trying to contact customer services and I also had my review already, which showed that the wrong settings had been used because there has been a 0% hair removal, it actually had gotten worse than in the beginning.

Dr Komal was brilliant as usual. No bruising or redness afterwards and she injects gently and puts you at ease. Her advice is sound. There was no delay once I got there and all the girls are really friendly. There's a nice atmosphere there.

The service I receive here every time is top notch! The team are super helpful, always explain what they are going to do before they start the treatment and always check to see you're ok. Today Bridget was just fantastic and made me feel so welcome. They are the loveliest bunch of staff and a great credit to Therapie Ireland!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was late and had the fear but the staff treated me kindly and I soon forgot about being late. One of the girls even recommended a lovely cafe for lunch which was superb. Well done to all who make you feel important in a fast paced business.

I usually get my laser done in sligo, however I was In galway for 4 days with my sister and I decided to do one session in Galway clinic. And I had a wonderful experience. My girl I have forgotten her name, was so lovely and patient. She made sure I was ready for each step and was so thorough with the laser, she did not miss a single spot. I would love to be her regular however I'm not in Galway often enough. Overall best experience with laser I've ever had 10/10 recommend.

This was my 10th underarm session and my 9th bikini session and I have to say the girl I had last night in Galway was by far the best. I'm sorry I didn't get her name (if you check was it was please 😊) absolutely amazing got stuck right in and made me feel relaxed and i found it quiet sore. Definitely would recommend and go back to this girl for the rest of my session

As always, everyone is so friendly. You never have to wait long. Appointment runs on time. My appointment was fast and painless. Highly recommend this clinic.

Honestly not as good a service as I would have thought. I have had 6 laser sessions now and honestly, it's as if I have had none at all. Each time I go it's a different staff member that does the treatment (even though I ask for the same girl but this never happens). I'm told something different each time in relation to the strength of the laser and given some soft reason for why its not working as quickly. I have only had 2 good sessions where the regrowth was minimal and since then, the intensity is turned down to the lowest which makes it worse. They don't turn it up which makes you keep needing to come back. Not fair service to people.

It was brilliant, I had travelled from Westport and arrived at the Clinic early, I was seen quickly and was actually finished before I was due to be seen. The doctor who preformed the procedure was excellent, I wasn't pushed to have anything I didn't ask for and the reception stand were friendly and efficient.

I am a customer for years, today I had an appointment for lazer on my lip and chin. I asked the therapist if she could go over my chin on the left side as i felt it wasn't adequately covered. I was advised quite sternly that 'I already did it'. I asked could you just go over it again from experience you need to go over it twice. Again I was told sternly 'I already did it'. I have had numerous therapists over the years that are more than obliging and happy to accommodate as I expect they understand that I am paying for the treatment. At this point I know exactly what is required for the full area to remove the course dark hairs. Overall I found the manner of todays therapist to be unprofessional and rude to a paying customer.

Another great experience at the clinic. On the arrival I was met promptly by my consultant, the procedure was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Don't go here !!!! Got a treatment done here ( had it done in another clinic previous with amazing results) and it just didn't work. They use substandard products. Save yourself the money and hassle and go elsewhere.

All the girls are always so professional and friendly. Every time I’ve been in (approx 8 times) I’ve always had a different therapist and they have all been so lovely and kind. I have been attending Therapie Clinic here in Galway regularly for the past 3 months. I have found all the staff very pleasant and informative for my needs. Denise has been my therapist for a lot of my treatments and she has been super to me explaining everthing every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Clinic and I look forward to their new venture moving over the street.

Very quick check in and made aware of other treatments that are available with some info leaflets. Was able to ask a few questions to staff and they were very knowledgeable. After about a 10-15 minute wait I was called in and talked through my treatment, which I had gotten before. Was advised I have a little asymmetry and they were able to even out the look without having to book for more treatment. It nipped and stung as it normally does for me as I have a very low pain threshold but the staff member was very understanding and said we can stop for a break at any time, just let her know. She ended up not using the entirety of the product as she didn't think it was needed and asked me my opinion on the matter too. Overall a very pleasant experience. This is why I only go to therapie for my lip filler 🥰🥰

Very professional and pain-free! I find laser hair removal fantastic. I no longer have to think about shaving or waxing. After 3-4 sessions I noticed a huge difference.
