Purchased a mini valet deal from a third party deals offer. Upon presenting at the Crystal Valet, the sales man tried to sell me an additional exterior polish for €80, as the wax with the mini valet wouldn't clean some of the marks on the paint work. When I said no, I was happy with the mini valet and more concerned with getting the interior looking well he said the mini valet wouldn't be sufficient to get the dashboard and finish looking well, that would need a further €40. This was no deal. Furthermore I had to pay the €13.50 for the car park for the duration the work was been done. I wasn't all that happy with the work either. I believe they put very little effort in cleaning the body and paint work, it came out no better than if I had put it through the standard petrol station car wash machine. In fact there were multiple streak marks and some of the handmarks they pointed out to me prior to their work were more apparent afterwards.

€150 for a "full valet". Car had barely been touched. Still dirty when I got it back but the manager was no where to be seen. Unpolished wax marks everywhere. Carpets not hovered. Boot untouched. Headliner still dirty. Steer well clear of this place!

€60 for a mini valet, and was a scam. Not a bad job on the leat her but only Half cleaned the dash and interior. Took pictures after. Very disappointed

Got a coupon from Groupon and there was a perciptible reluctance to give an appointment. Two promises to call back were not kept. On the third attempt, when we insisted, they gave an appointment for Paddy's Day Monday at 10. No one at the office at 10 and call was returned with no response. At 11 he called me back and I went it at 11:15, very rude at the start and offensive saying 'why did she(my partner) not give you a printout when I specifically asked her to get me the print out!" and refused to take the car in until he has the print out and sent me to an internet café that was closed. I was really annoyed when I got back and told him that I don't want to service it here and he walked away in a huff. I have provided feedback to Groupon and refunded the coupon. I won't be going back here again.

Spent a 150 euro for a full valet keep away these guys upsell and rip you off. Very poor job what a waste of hard earned money . Had to go elsewhere to get it finished

I just imported an Audi and to be honest when I got it home I wasn't sure if I hadn't made a mistake! it was dull and really dirty (bought it when it was raining) brought it to Crystal Valet in Woodquay, I've never wrote a review before but honestly its like new, best couple a quid I've ever spend :-)) the sales man said they could get the seats any cleaner, the lads in woodquay done a mighty job

Poor experience overall. Would not go back. They forgot to call me when the car was ready which I had explained I really needed back that afternoon. I would have rescheduled had I been told it would take so long. No apology offered. Also the valet was minimal and not worth e45. Basically it is a car wash and a light hoover. Waste of money and my time.

Helpful and friendly and very professional to deal with. My Jeep looks and smells like it did when it left the show room. The added cost of payment for the car park is unfortunate and should be considered but the manager did inform me of this before I left the Jeep there.

To be totally honest I think I could have done a better job myself I paid 50 Euro for a mini valet which I thought was a little expensive anyway but thought it would be a good service as to where it was located I just wanted it cleaned well inside and a good wash on the outside not that the car was dirty at all as it's only a year old . I was told that it would be hovered cleaned and wash/dry outside recieved it back not dried outside the inside was not hovered properly there was still dust on parts of the seats the cluster wasn't even dusted and there was still an accumulation of dust around the gear stick the glass was cleaned but as I was driving about 20 min later white streaks appeared on every window in the car and then had to be re cleaned by me I know of others car washes that charge 10 Euro to do the same exact same as what I received but to a better standard but they don't class it as a mini valet pretty much a joke of a service

Got a job done and had an issue with the job. Couldn’t get the smell Out of the car. They contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. Which they did. Car looks brand new now and thankfully the smell of sick gone. Thanks guys

Removed property from my car and never replaced it after valeting our car. This occurred three weeks ago and I have rang more times than I can count and continue to be balked off and ignored by the staff in corrib. Avoid!
