Raw chicken is unexcusable!!!! The little rhyme you posted as a reply is just a publicity stunt to keep up appearances! Nandos is as interested to solve this as they were to give proper food. I have emailed them as they requested and nothing was done or said about it. All they are trying to do is get the social media attention off of them.

Had a bad experience ever at this place. Meat tasted like it was not marinated well actually tasted old. The staff, ouh my God, horrible. We need more vibrant people, people who are willing to serve customers. Didn't enjoy at all. The waitress was just so lost, didn't know what we ordered as she brought wrong drinks

Nice setting, very clean, goid has always been on point. Will recommend to any Nando's fan.

Nandos hardly ever disappoints. Fresh salads, well sauced chicken and the seating arrangement catered for our large team. We did not have to wait long for the food and the staff is friendly. Enjoyed eating there, beats KFC any day any place.

The speed of service can improve, otherwise, I enjoyed my meal and the friendly atmosphere.

The cashier by the name of Ketshepagone and team of nandos kathu you're all amazing and keep up the great service...

Yesterday I ordered at 17:55 and got my order at 19:30. Just for wings, livers and chips. Furthermore, all our wings still uncooked with red blood inside and covered with marinade for you not to see. Quality has been compromised here and before you know it, you will loose customers like me who dished out KFC your neighbour and Kuruman spur.

Really disappointed at the quality of the Pita's I ordered my family for supper. What I received was soggy pita's filled with too much sauce, the lettuce was so finely chopped up and swam in the sauce.

The meat was burned that lead it to have no flavor at all. Otherwise the place was neat and clean.

Drive-thru: waited almost an hour to pay and be served. Stay 3min away from the premises just to get cold patato wedges, that is damm well undercooked.

Nando's Kathu, clean and comfortable interior, nice fresh food and beverages. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family who must drive through Kathu. Keep up the good work.

Awesome friendly service, The lady who took my order was super friendly and patient when I asked het about an item on the menu. The food was delicious, and the kids love the cranberry cosmo. Thanks guys

I stand to be corrected, but: "The last time I checked, coleslaw meant raw cabbage and carrots mixed with mayonnaise..." & "The last time I checked, qouta leg meant that a drumstick and thigh are one..."

Last week i ordered a wrap and inside it was full of meat and sauce no lettuce no tomatoe. Today I just ordered a chicken burger which only had chicken and tomato no lettuce. Ths is very disappointing considering the amount I paid for food.

Today was the last straw I have had it with Nandos kathu. Always my orders are wrong ND short when i get home. With Their stinking attitude of their stuff

Food lovely..drive through not drive through..you need to park and wait in parking area. If you're not in a hurry..park & wait...worth the while!!

Totally not happy with the drive thru service, we waited for 1 hour in the drive thru only to get burned food and a wrong order 😑

Service was excellent. The problem was with the aircon that was not working, which made the restaurant to be very warm inside.

After my last visit to Nandos all i can say is that I left with a wide smile. Except for the fact that the food was great the staff at Nandos Kathu are excellent, smiles all round and they are friendly. Was told to wait in the parking for my food and 1 minute later i was brought my food with a smile and friendly face. The staff and friendly service alone will bring me back here again and again. A very big improvment from my last visit. Well done and would gladly recommend Nandos kathu

They sold me an item that they don't have. They then had to change it but suddenly became my fault as I refused them taking the receipt to void the transaction.

The drive through does not work when there is loadshedding. But not the owners fault. I live nandos the food is always consistant. Friendly staff

3 years later the service is still very very very bad the amount of waiting time i can just go to a real restaurant and get better food drive thru ?more like a slowly die of old age thru

It's 36°C outside and the aircons blow warm air. Please fix or put new aircons that can actually cool the place like McDonald's next door. Kathu is Hot

The food is great. The presentation is amazing, but the portions per meal are small. Received my order in less than 8 mins
