They had loadshedding and their generator was not working, so they had limited options. The food we bought was atleast warm and tasted fresh. The staff were standing around as they had nothing to do, but they were friendly and helpful. The toilets were dark (due to loadshedding) and didn't have any back-up lighting (due to generator not working).

Ice cream machine never works. That is the most disappointing. I wanted wings also but couldn't get any because they were still freezed.

For some odd reason they don't have coffee and the bathroom is GROSS!!

My order was delicious but the burger was small. Very quick drive-through service.

Food was great,Service needs a little bit of stepping up, atmosphere not so Ideal staff always screaming out orders and it's just noisy all the time...

Please use more spice on your chips, which should always be served as hot as possible And if you can please up your game if it comes to the amount of white sauce too , please🙏 We as customers support you , please try and support us by giving your best Also please put someone by the cashier that can talk afrikans, english and setswana !!!!

Please make the drive through a bit large

Order was not right... and of poor quality. Ordered burgers, but 1 burger hardly had garnish on it. And the other burger's garnish was next to the burger. Ordered 3 different drinks... 1 x coke zero fountain, 1 x sprite fountain and 1 x coke buddy. The server used old fountain coke that was standing at the machine and filled it up. Also received 2 x coke zero fountain and 1 x sprite fountain. Which was flat by the way. Normally there is ice served with the fountain drinks. There was NO ice in our drinks. We were also not informed why we did not receive ice. Couldnt return the order as we live 26km from kathu, and would be a waste of petrol.

I need a little salt, so I felt like the patty and the chicken wings where a bit bland.

Could not even use my Samsung wallet to make payment their speedpoint declines, i mean who carries cash around this morden days

Good quality food, at reasonable prices. Even during loadshedding.

From Desember 2022 til now the cooldrink machine still not working reported this in Jan 2023 i think .icecream machine the same.

Service is not up to standard , left burger . Laught at in a language not understood. Will never go there again

My word having gone to nearly all the KFC's in South Africa and U.K. This one is the best. Fast, quicker that flash! Left in a blink of a eye. Drive thru . Well done u guys are the best. Food was KFC style crisp. Chips hot and fresh. Wonderful. Coffee tasted like municipal water, but hey u get 5 stars.

People can't communicate properly. Food is often Red, not properly cooked inside.

The gud thing about this kfc is it opens 24hrs i arrived late in kathu hungry like a lion and kfc kathu was there for my rescue.

Just ordered a 21 piece Burrell and left. They were very friendly and helpful 🙂

Placed an order for delivery. Prices are crazy! Got 2 twister meals, R200. When the order got here it was wrong. Only got 1 chips and the second twister was replace but some tiny fold over thing that I've never heard of. Don't waste your time here. I won't again

Wow! Best KFC experience I have ever received. I ordered the double cologne burger. And that was huge! So juice and full of flavour. My mother had a box master, with that as well it was packed. Thank you so much!

The service is very bad, the people that helped us was not friendly at all. After we paid for our order and waited in the drive thru line for about half an hour, they told us that they can't give us what we want and we got our money back after waiting another 10 min. I am very dissapointed.
