Haven't stayed in hotel (wish i did), but separate bungalows which look very nice 👍, pool and bar on resort. Walk out the back straight onto the beach, beach bar is excellent 👌, probably 1 of the best around, great food and ice cold drinks, good service. Great handmade gifts sold next to beach bar. Feels very safe walking along beach in the area during the daytime, always guards patrolling

Very recommended!!! Peacefull and there are security so that nobody bothers you from the beach. And loungers are D300 but if you go eat in a restaurant you can give this to bill and you pay less for food. Very nice place! You can choose also to go on the side where they have pool. About price is littlebit diferent but still perfect if the ocean is too wavy :) there you don’t pay for lounge but for a use of swimming pool on adult D300, kid D250. The bill is not for restaurant. But they can bring you food and drinks to lounges :) Enjoy

We stopped there on a beach walk to drink something, and ended spending the full afternoon there. Very nice place, free beds and friendly drink service at your beach bed :-) The local (very strong) green thee is fantastic 😍 We 'll back for the food :-)

We stumbled on this restaurant when out for a stroll and had lunch. Super friendly staff and the chef came out himself to talk to us. The pan fried barracuda ( with ginger and a (not too sweet) orange saucesauce was awesome. We will be back!

Lovely peaceful getaway in Kotu for most of the day. The beach view is beautiful, has individual cottage style accommodation. also has a small swimming pool, bar and restaurant.

Very nice place to relax at the beach while having a cold drink.

Nice location, but the beach is very dirty and the service is very slow. Staff behave dismissive and it feels like you are doing them a displeasure by coming here. An hour after ordering, we received a partial orders 3 people, and the fourth waited another 10minutes. The scary part is - we ordered the barracuda and the fish we got was definitely NOT barracuda. Either captainfish or ladyfish... Felt very cheated with the food, and quite let down by the service from a place that once was good.

Absolutely love Kunta Beach very friendly kind and helpful staff and altogether a fantastic place to enjoy and visit. Being from South Africa I would most certainly recommend your holiday resort and on my next visit to Gambia I will most certainly book in and stay at Kunta Kinteh Beach resort. 🙏❤️

I had a fantastic experience at Kunta Kinteh in The Gambia. The beach was beautiful, perfect for lounging and sunbathing. The food was amazing, and I enjoyed delicious meals. Additionally, there were showers available and they were clean, which was very convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The presence of beds made my beach day even more comfortable. Don't forget to leave a tip to show your appreciation for the friendly staff. Kunta Kinteh is definitely a wonderful destination!

I have stayed at Kunta 3 times previously and will be returning on 31.01.2024. Lovely layout with the bungalows and easy access to the beach . Staff are lovely, welcoming znd helpful. My Sister and Brother in Law who have no experience of Africa are coming with me as I rave about it so much. Cannot wait to get back there.

I really love this place Very kind personal, they make sure that you have good holiday. Food is good and the drinks are cold. The appartments are nice and clean. Everything works fine. On a scale of 10....... I give 11

We didn't stay at this hotel, we stayed next door at palm beach, but the food and entertainment were amazing at this hotel

Great detached bungalows,basic but clean. Complex great right on the beach,fab food at the restaurant. Entertainment every night which finishes 10 to 10.30pm However neighbouring beach bar opens late and plays extremely loud music into the early hours!

The beach is Nice but if you get a fizzy drink at the beach watch out for bee's
